Still running since 2018

I bought this in November of 2018. I use it typically in the winter for added heat or just for show around the Holidays. I officially turned my heat off 2 weeks ago since it is APRIL!! We have had a cold spell here in PA for a couple of weeks and i don’t want to run my heat. So i fire this puppy up every night as i am watching TV. She is great!!! Cant believe she is still kicking! Love it!!

This thing is great! Throws a good amount of heat.

My wife uses this everyday. We live in PA and sometimes our apartment gets cold. She loves it and can use the remote so she doesn’t have to get up and do anything. It keeps a whole room warm; it’s roughly a 200 sq. ft. room with a door and five windows so it’s even losing heat as the machine pumps it out. The aesthetics of it are pleasing and the “fire” is pleasing to the eye whether the lights are on or off.

One heat setting

The media could not be loaded. My old heater like this broke so I got this one quickly. It looks as good as the old one but this one only has one setting heat on or off, my last one had temperature settings and would shut off and turn on as needed. The remote on this is very cheap and very easy to lose.

Very easy to install

The media could not be loaded. Excellent product for one of rentals. The gas fireplaces is capped. Personally, I think this product is more efficient and easier to use than the gas. Knocked off two stars for the remote that’s the size of a post-it note. The heat is mediocre but like that the “flames” can be adjusted with remote.

Stunning flame display and great heater!

I can't even say enough about this little treasure! We moved from a house with a natural fireplace, which we enjoyed often, as did our cats, to a large apartment. I had the mantle to bring but of course, no fireplace. I bought this thinking more 'tongue in cheek' than anything, not really expecting it to replace any of the elements of a real fireplace. I. Was. Wrong! It's a delightful little fireplace, the flame display is truly beautiful and very realistic, and the heater really blasts out a lot of warmth if you want it! We are thrilled with it. Great price, great product.

Looks awesome in the fireplace, and a great little space heater too!

Now that it's getting colder, we have actually been moving this guy around the house for use as a space heater, which was never the intention. However it's quite light and portable, so it has just ended up happening rather than turning on the heat sometimes. Most importantly though, it looks great in the fireplace, the light flames are super cool and if you just glance it's quite realistic. Very happy overall with this unit.

Looks surprisingly realistic

Just bought a house with 2 wood-burning fireplaces I didn't want as is. Cleaned them out leaving some ashes and installed this log insert. Drilled a hole out of sight to pass the electric cord and Ta-Da! With the real soot on the walls, the flicker of the faux flames makes for a real impressive result! The only reason I didn't get 2 identical sets is because the other fireplace was so much bigger that these logs looked lost in the hearth. I recommend.

Well worth the money.

It does what I expected. Heats nicely and it looks nice in a otherwise dead fireplace.
