Not so much Upscale

These look great visually since they're more of a linen look than off white so the specks of brown go well with my espresso brown hardwood floors. It also gives a unique look for my sliding back door. Since my back has a partial view of a hideous residual drainage area, the mesh vanes do a great job of masking that view but still let natural light in when open. I had to take 2 stars off because the valance is a plain metal piece ~ not upscale at all. The other star deducted is due to an awful squeaking sound at the bottom of the shade when the shade is raised. We can't pinpoint the exact area of the problem but it has to do with the roller at the bottom. Thankfully, we only raise the shade when we go out the back door otherwise, it's still functional bringing in light and allowing us to look out the back door without raising it. They look great...I just expected more.

Hello, The two blinds I received are making a squeaking noise when moving it up and down. The noise is coming from the bottom piece of the blinds as it spins (not the top). Please advise. Thank you.
