Just give it a chance

I wanted to wait a while before I reviewed this. To start, I’m on tretinoin and I have some kind of allergy to sunscreen. Any chemical sunscreens give me a chemical burn at the end of the day. But my skin is super sensitive in general. My first impression of this was yuck, it’s thick and hard to rub in. But I experimented to see how I could make this work because it doesn’t burn or irritate my skin at all! So I mix this with a little bit of my moisturizer before I put it on my face and it makes it easier to spread and covers my face more evenly. I have been happy with it ever since. The white cast fades away after about 5 mins once it absorbs in. Its definitely not a matte sunscreen so if that bothers you (like it does me) I just put a little pressed powder on my face. Overall I’ll definitely buy again, sun protection is super important!

Lindo pero...

Aún no sé cómo me está llendo con este bloqueador, Ami la marca de vanicream pero este bloqueador me daja tan grasosa la cara ???? entonces no se ???? creo que intentaré con el otro protector aún así sigo amando la marca a la gente con miel seca les va ir súper bien con el o bien en tiempo de invierno puede ir perfecto con la piel mixta o seca

Love this

This is my experience has someone with lupus. I’ve been wearing this sunscreen for over a month. When you first put it on it has a white cast but, when you massage it into your face and it sinks into the skin, within a couple of minutes, it feels great, and it gave me a glowiness that I didn’t have before. I love the texture and thickness of it and the way it feels soft and comforting on my skin I will definitely continue to use this and recommend it

Shake it before you use it

Hi, I have extremely sensitive skin and everything has made me itchy, red or dry. I love vanicream line. Only line that hasn't made me itchy, red or dry. The body thing about this sunscreen is that ypu really have to make sure ypu shake it before you use it every time. Or when you open oil will come out. I also which it didn't make my face do shiny/greasy. But besides that it works I have been using this while I have been visiting Universal and haven't burned yet. For my body I really like the yellow bottle of Neutrogena sunscreen. Hope this helps!!

Doesn’t cause breakouts but leaves a white cast

I am on my second bottle of this sunscreen. As the title says, I love that this sunscreen doesn’t cause me to breakout even after sweating a lot during workouts and hiking. The only downside is that it does leave a white cast. Thankfully, it’s not as bad as other mineral sunscreens, and can easily be covered up by CC cream.

If you surf this stuff works

Does not sting the eyes Make sure to shake the tube well before applying as per instructions It will mostly disappear into the skin After surfing it will leave a white residue, as with most other products of this type. Just wipe it off with your beach towel

No burning eyes!

Even though this does leave a white cast it does not burn my eyes like all the other facial sunscreens. Great stuff to use when working or playing.

I have been using this product due to my dermatologist's recommendation and I really like it because it is NOT GREASY and easy to apply.
