Spiral "barb" would be sooo much better.

Pretty much all the other fittings I have used have a spiral barb... that way once you get it started you can just twist it on like a screw. Not easy; but, not hard. These do not have a spiral. At least with the tubing I have, this was a nightmare to fit up. If I find some spirals, these will go in the recycle bin. Not worth the effort; but, they're all I have right now.

Not 3/8"

These are much bigger than 3/8" diameter. They're bigger than the ones that Rain Bird sells that are labeled 1/2".

Worked perfectly

These couplers were just what I needed to move our irrigation heads to a different location. No leaks and were easy to install.

good item that came in a timely fashion. I haven't used it yet but it looks like it will do a good job and I'm hoping that it does.
