Wish I could get the correct size but I'm afraid to order again!

I ordered a toddler size 6, the tag clearly reads it is a youth 6 which cannot be correct either. I wear a woman's size 8 and these shoes would be too big on me much less my 18 month old. I missed the return window by a day but am still really disappointed that the sizing could be so off and such an awkward size that I literally know no one who's feet are big enough to wear them. I wish the company would just send me the correct size, such a waste of money.
