Electricians friend!

Great pair of side cuts. Excellent fit and finish. Cuts romex wire effortlessly. Very durable, hardened cutting edge. Angled head makes pulling wire staples super easy.

Sturdy and well made.

I received my Southwest cutting pliers and compared them to my Tekton cutting pliers. The Southwest felt better in my hand, opening and closing with one hand was silky smooth. The cutters matched perfectly with a tight fit letting almost no light through as I shined my flashlight behind the cutters. My Tekton cutting pliers are well made but they can’t match the fit and smooth operation of the Southwest cutting pliers.

Great tool however tool life span is questionable.

Tool works great for my job. I work as a residential electrician and this tool is dependable for my job. Was kind of disappointed having the tool for less then a month and the grip slid right off the handle. Maybe it was just a dud tool i got, but hope they have a better tool lifespan then a month. Really wanted to be that southwire electrician guy but this might of changed my mind.

These hold up better than all i have owned.

I am a millwrite and electrician. I have owned klein, knipex, matco ( most expensive). Now these. These still cut great after alot of abuse. Best side cutters i have ever owned.

Sharp,comfortable

These things are sharp ,like cut wire effortlessly sharp and feel great in the hand.I like them better than my Knipex diagonals.

Cutting efficiency best one so far.

Dislikes its weight due to its beefy handles. Heavier than the other brands that have just a dip cover handle. It does however cut easier than the other ones that are same length. Better than my Dewalt, Stanley, Irvin, Harbor Freight, Milwaukee (coworkers), Knipex (other coworker). Nice sharp jawz, says its harden so well see how sharp they stay. Nice tight joints and clean cut.

This is the best sidecutter ever had, my tools are all klein but this is the best! I like it and recommend it!
