This thing is a miracle worker!
This bolster has saved my sanity! I was struggling with a pinched nerve in my neck, and suffering tingling and numbness down my left arm! I started with an inflatable traction device, that helped a little. But, when I got this and started stretching my upper thoracic spine, it’s been a game changer! The more you use this, the more comfortable it becomes to relax and I’ve been able to actually get ‘pops’ or releases from my normally very tight upper back! My chiropractor has probably thought I died, as I haven’t had to see him in months now! And, after going up to 3 times weekly for adjustments trying to get out of this mess....this has been the best investment I’ve made in my health! My best friend, and my co worker have also purchased one and have had similar results! I have since bought a second one that I keep at work. When my back aches from being at the computer for hours, I just go lay on it for a few minutes and I’m good to go!

Fixed my posture dramatically and quickly with daily use
This is by far one of the best purchases for my health I've ever made. The only thing that sucks is you need really intimate knowledge of postural muscle anatomy to figure out how to use these because there is literally one video that exists and it's only for the occipivot. I own every single piece in this set and they all serve different purposes. I have several postural issues, including a posterior tilted pelvis and forward head posture. This has helped me correct that much faster than my Alexander Technique classes. Physical therapy never even touched on those deficits of mine. I also have fibromyalgia (they think) so my muscles are constantly tight. The first day I used it I was very sore and could only use for a few minutes. They recommend starting with 2 minutes, but I started with around 5 so my muscles had time to relax into the correct position. Now I can use it for 10-15. That's about all I would recommend at a time. If your muscles don't feel better after laying in that position for that long then you have it in the wrong position. Occipivot is used by itself and provides the best neck stretch and releases the suboccipital muscles. Excellent. The standard thoracic piece is used by itself and provides the most widening of your chest and releases your lower ribcage entirely. Wonderful. The other three pieces are always used together and I find the best position is to line yourself up like the lady in the (one!) picture they give you where you have the bottom of the lumbar piece near your tailbone. This allows your lower spine to have it's natural curvature, and for me this was painful at first because of my tilted pelvis. Like I said though, using this for the week or two that I've had it (several times a day) has come close to correcting that. It's amazing.

Oppose Gravity!
This thing is fantastic. I am a Massage Therapist and bought to help relieve tightness in my neck and also to investigate if it might be something that could benefit my clients. The first time I used it, I didn't feel like it was working how I expected. I then did a therapy move where you contract the area you are trying to loosen (the neck in this case) for a few seconds, then relaxed, and felt how much space the device gave my cervical vertebra. This feels AMAZING. I coupled this with the Thoracic Pivot and was even more impressed. It feels like my spine is just weightless, placed perfectly to relieve the constant tension and opposing force of gravity. I highly recommend this to people who suffer from head forward posture or just general neck pain. Give yourself the time to heal.

Pivitol has saved me
I purchased one of the pivots at 4am in desperation. This system is miraculous. The pieces look so simple and cheap. But the way they are designed makes them like massage and traction at the same time. The Pivitol System devices have made a profound difference in my pain and are the best purchases I have ever made on Amazon. Pivitol- If you ever need a testimonial I'll all over it. Thank you!!

Works great; would buy again (occipital & trapezius)
Very happy with my purchase of the cervical pivot. If you suffer stiff neck or terrible headaches related to the occipital or trapezius (you might think it's your shoulder) then it would be worth your time to give buy this. I use this every night before I go to bed. I am looking to buy other pivot products in the future.

Provides some help for mid-back pain and improves posture..
The thoracic pivot is a fairly good product, helps the mid-back muscles release. I noticed better posture after using it but go easy at first or you'll be sore the next day. I would recommend no more than 3-5 minutes at first till you see how it goes. The key to using any pivot device is to relax you muscles so if it's uncomfortable and you can't relax laying on the pivot move it around some.

Cannot return - pillow is well made
I purchased this after getting the occipital pillow. It is hardly any different, and so I immediately wanted to return it. Without any notice on the page, I find that there’s no option for returning. Very disappointed in this product, and company for not allowing returns. The pillow is well made and had I not had the (better) occipital pillow I might have liked it... but as it stands I wish I’d never purchased.
