Just an eight inch strip, not a roll.
The product picture is misleading. It's not a roll of material. It's an eight inch strip that's 2 or 3 inches wide. Don't understand why it costs so much here in the US. You can buy it for under $10 on foreign sites but then you potentially risk time and delivery issues.

Nice warm flame
I was using little gel containers but couldn’t find them in the right size. I ordered this and the liquid. I don’t feel this is as safe as the gel but couldn’t get the gel so this has to do, it works well

The jury is still out on this.
The wool wick sponge works, but it seems more dense than the sponge that came with the fireplace. The flame does not seem as active as the original, however, it might just be a matter of it getting broken in.

Didn’t work for me
It really didn’t make my fuel last longer. The cotton itself Never burned away like it has some type of barrier on it but as far as making the flames last longer I didn’t notice a change

Misleading advertising way overpriced
I can't say that I'm thrilled about this product I used it for a table fireplace that I own the way they advertised it was as if it was a big role you would be getting but instead it was a little piece of cotton fabric which I feel I paid way too much for this product is supposed to absorb the fuel in which two light the small fireplace with I definitely will look for another Cellar that would give me more for the money I purchased it for

Products from this company always good but customer service is lacking
I ordered 21.5 x 5.5" wool wick and received 21.5 x 3' - impossible to get customer service on phone and internet email rep (Amy) was of no help at all. Ten emails back and forth and she never once answered any of my questions. Sent generic replies. Left multiple messages for call back but it never happened. Amazon came through with their excellent customer service to resolve issue.

Believe the reviews for the Regal Flame Vent less Bio Ethanol Fireplace Fuel Ceramic Wool Wick Sponge . It really extends the burning time of the fire. It really does work. Try it you will not be disappointed.
