Big trowel

This is a big gardening trowel. Long and wide, great for planting (or transplanting) larger plants. It will move a lot of dirt in one scoop. It's very durable and good quality.

This shovel is sturdy and easy to hold. Comfortable. It worked well in my garden for planting veggies and annuals. Cleans easily. I dry it afterward to prevent rusting.

superb build quality but at a price.. it's heavy.

There is a balance between good ergonomics and sturdy construction.. for a handheld tool, it needs to be light enough to use.. unfortunately I had to buy a lighter one for my mother who loves gardening.. this one is just too heavy to use for extended lengths of time (15 minutes or more)

Very robust and well-made 6" Garden Trowel. Heavy duty!

I am a very avid gardner and chef. Love to grow a lot of the products that end up in my culinary creations. Garden tools are very important, and need to be hardy enough for constant use. This Worx 6" Garden Hand Trowel is an exception against the cheap, easily breakable tools all over the market. There is nothing worse than being in the middle of doing something in the garden and having a tool break in your hands. I am quickly becoming a fan of Worx products because they are very well-made, robust in design and construction, and simply last...and last long! ???? Very robust build and made of heavy-duty steel with very strong weld from handle to blade. ???? The handle is very ergonomic and comfortable in hand with little fatigue. ???? This particular trowel really lends itself to transplanting chores. Digs deep easily and comfortably. ???? Heavier than cheap big box store models and built to last ???? 15-year warranty on the tool!! That is unheard of!! All in all, I am VERY pleased with this simple Garden Trowel, and it joins my recently acquired Worx Hand Combo Hoe/Cultivator which is also Excellent! This rates an unequivocal high FIVE STAR rating from me, along with my honest and VERY hearty recommendation! Worx "works"! This shovel is ready to work

I do a lot of planting on my 1 acre lot and I managed to break my previous garden shovel. The blade on my previous shovel was a cheap pot metal and just snapped. Well when I found this shovel with a solid stainless steel blade I was excited. The blade on this shovel is very large which makes it easier to scoop out more dirt, making my work planting quicker and easier. I also really like the build quality of this shovel. Most small garden shovels have a weak point where the blade is welded onto the handle. This shovel feel very sturdy and shows the extra engineering that went into insuring a solid connection between the blade and handle. Last of all is the excellent handle. The handle comes with a soft rubber grip and is contoured for your fingers. This makes the shovel easy to use for long periods of time with little fatigue on my hands. I am very pleased with this purchase and recommend this product for anyone looking for a quality garden shovel

The most ergonomic handle I've used in a hand shovel!

Solid and stout with a handle that matches the overall feel/image of the tool in use. I have several slightly smaller hand trowels than this WORX one and they're all rusty with handles that have fallen apart or disintegrated. This one was ordered just in time for replacing the others and being made from stainless steel, this should last much longer. The generously sized blade is completely welded around the handle shaft and not tack welded like typical lower cost hand trowels. The super ergonomic grip is slightly cushioned and provides quite a bit of traction and will help with users suffering from arthritis. Very premium small gardening hand tools do exist and this is highly recommended for only a couple dollars more than the typical rust prone lightweights!

Well-made stainless steel hand trowel

I'm liking this example of a garden tool from Worx. Like the others I've seen, this is marked Made in Vietnam. The metal is well shaped and strong. I love not worrying about rust thanks to the stainless steel. The one improvement I would like to see is that they could have provided a hole in the handle for hanging them up when not in use. I like to hang garden implements from pegboard in the garage and now I will have to drill my own hole in this to do so. Many others either come with a hole or a string for hanging.
