The product was NOT as advertised.

I had built a frame 12 x 18 ft to support what I thought was a 12 x 18 ft sun shade. When I opened the shade it was marked 12’x18’ on the side. Thus I was surprised when it wouldn’t reach the sides of the frame. Getting out my tape measurer was I was very surprised to find the shade actually measured 11’4” x 16’8”. Wow guys. That is more than a little discrepancy. THAT is deceptive and fraudulent. Unfortunately the time between my ordering and actually opening it to install precluded my ability to return it. But a WARNING to others: if you order from this company be sure to check measurements on arrival!!

Falling Apart in 3 months!

Really like the shade sail at first but saw there was a snag line after it was installed. The sail was delivered May 13th, 2019. It's now Sept. 4th, 2019, and it's falling apart! Last week I noticed little black pieces of a mesh fabric in our yard and thought the wind must have blown it from somewhere else. Wrong. I thought there was a lot on the ground this morning and looked up and saw the hem with grommets & the black "reinforced" mesh material has become un-sewn. The one picture is of the black reinforced mesh hem material that has disintegrated. The edge of the green fabric is frayed so an easy fix is not possible. Not happy. Will not purchase again.
