I wouldn’t recommend
I only used a couple of times. The taste was not to my liking. I believe if you want your teeth to whiten, you also have to purchased the accelerator gel and mix the two while brushing.

Loooove! A jolt in the morning! And white teeth.... the best- especially now that My sleep habits are so different now. This is a new necessity - the taste is good- not the best I have ever had, but pretty good.

Taste is TERRIBLE!!
I love the brand, but this flavor is absolutely terrible! So bitter and just awful. Do yourself a favor and buy the mint flavor. The brand overall works great, wonderful products, but this particular flavor is a total miss in my opinion :(
