For the price this bag blows the other EMS backpacks away.

*Updated* I run a first aid charity that does First Aid work at nerd and pop culture conventions. We have been looking for an affordable backpack style bag that can carry oxygen, AED and the entire contents of one of our supervisor bags. We need our bags to be portable and deployable by one person on foot. This bags quality is comparable with our current Rothco EMS and First Aid bags. The whole front of the bag detaches from the main bag. This is one of the few bags large enough to fit a Defibtech AED. Finding thus bag took quite a bit of looking and guess work since most bags were either wildly out of our price range, too large, made for ALS work or would not accommodate a Defibtech LifeLine AED. 2/3/17 update: This bag has been in service for about a year. It is still in good condition and can hold a lot of stuff. I can hold a Lifeline AED in the zipper front compartment. However some of the seems are starting to pull at the ends. For the price this is not a horrible thing. One of the major things this bag needs is a chest strap. We added a chest strap and the bag sit much better when walking or jogging. The waist strap and clip could use some better sewing at the end of the straps. The clips tend to work there way of after a while. Other then that the bag is fantastic and well worth the price. Nothing out there comes close to the versatility of this bag for the price. NO other backpack EMS bag has the ability to carry AED, oxygen and EMS gear. Some do two out of the three but never all three. Not even Ironduck has a bag like this and they specialize in making event EMS/First Aid bags.

Would have been five stars.

I received the new bag from Amazon and I have left the original review attached at the bottom. It almost looks like the first bag I received was a clone of the real bag. I am happy with the new bag as it came with all of the pieces described. It was clean too. Very spacious and feels like it will be a good one. This issue was resolved in a timely manner. Original one star. I am missing the 9 clear organizers and the front pouch. And how the shipping went with the bag I’m not looking forward to a speedy recovery of the missing parts. Will update if this is resolved. Also the product is dirty and looks like it was drug across a floor before packaged.

Weak straps

The shoulder strap will not stay secure. I had to end up tying a knot in it and can't adjust the shoulder now.

Missing the clear bags the waist strap is to small I’m a 40 waist goes half way around stitching on one shoulder strap looks kinda weak but will find out how it holds up will be used 5 days a week 13 hours shift

Surprisingly bulky and heavy

It’s not awful but I honest prefer my old bag. Not loving it, but I’ll use it.

Better Than I Expected

Actually higher quality than I expected. The arm handles seem as though they are sewn on well and will last. The zippers, however, are plastic and a little on the cheaper side. One has already broken but it was a side pocket so it didn't matter. It is a very sturdy backpack and has a ton of pockets and little pouches to use. They have velcro so you won't lose them when you open up the backpack. We used a sharpie to list what is in each container. We use them for a high school band.

Good So Far.

We ordered 2 of these Med bags for our trucks and from the use so far have been working pretty well. They have been in service now for 2 months so not alot of use from them yet only time will tell.

Large, heavy duty medical response bag.

The zipper’s are large-toothed and professional quality. Many pockets and compartments to organize as you wish, and the included colour coded bags are the best. For the price, I think you’re getting a top-quality bag. The shoulder straps adjusters do slip a little if you have a heavy load with oxygen tank though.

Great build quality and very comfortable.

This bag has a great amount of storage, it holds almost everything I need as a paramedic. The bag is very comfortable on the back as well. It's build very well, it appears like it will last a long time. The foam is removable, and more importantly replaceable if necessary.
