Great basic rattle for baby

This is a great rattle for more then a few reasons. It’s easy to grab, it’s loud, easy to clean, and bright to grab their attention.

Hard & Awkward Design & too hard for teething

The media could not be loaded. I’m being generous giving it a 3 star hoping my son will like it when he gets older. It’s terrible for teething way to hard and the shape and size is huge and awkward I thought it be a lot smaller and baby size. Then washing it is another headache because water leaks from the sides (tried to show it on video but poor camera) so you have to hand wash and not rinse it? Like I said maybe he’ll like it when he’s older, like after he turns 1 year old..

Happy with my purchase

I bought this for my son when he was 5 months old and he loved it. He is now 10 months old and it is one of his favourite toys. It's easy to hold and shake even at 5 months. It's a bit on the hard plastic side but my son likes to chew on the pink and orange piece as well as the handle so I figure it works for teething. The bright colours are different from his typical toys so it tends to stand out and he will usually get it first.

Not a teething toy

This product came up when I searched "teething rattle". This is not meant to be a teething toy at all. Some reviews I read before purchasing this stated there are some softer parts. It is ALL hard plastic. Other than that, very easy for my 6 mo baby to hold and shake. The baby seems to enjoy it but just wish it was a teething rattle.

So so

This toy is so so. I needed to spend a couple more bucks to get free shipping. Since my 4 month old is teething thought why not. There is no rubbery silicone on this rattle so no part of it soothes his gums. Can he hold it? Yes. Does it make noise when you shake it? Yes. Does he love it? Neither here nor there.

5 stars for a rattle toy

I don’t understand why anyone would complain about it not being a teether? I don’t see anywhere on the package that it is supposed to be one lol. My son’s 1st toy to hold, when he was 2 months old and still his favorite and he is 9. I bought 3 of these (one in the diaper bag, one on the changing table, and one on the floor)!
