Fiskars literally cut their teeth on this model of scissors! Tried and True!

I have had at least one pair of these scissors in my sewing room, craft supplies, gift wrapping center and junk drawer since the first model was sold. I still have the original scissor sharpening tool that came with my first pair. They stay razor sharp! Highly recommend if you want an excellent pair of all purpose scissors. I have a couple of pairs of the grey cushioned handle Fiskars scissors but I always go back to these orange handled ones. Tried and True!

better than tearing paper on the edge of the table

my mom had like this gift that she could tear paper on the edge of a desk top or table and it looked like a laser cut. mama tried to raise me better, but i just don't have that talent. enter these scissors. they're good. would recommend.

I agree with other reviews that mentioned the orangish cardboard backing is a joke. It was not even attached. However the scissors themselves were great. They opened and closed very smoothly and fit my right hand perfectly.

Great product at reasonable price

As a senior with heavy leg bandaging, my nurses frquently use MY scissors to cut away heavy bandaging and compression wrap. They are VERY sharp and the grip is so much better than most.

The size of the scissors relative to other items is missing

The scissors are sharp enough but they were a smaller size than I expected. The advert should show all the scissors next to another everyday kitchen item to give a sense of their size in reality

Great pair of scissors - probably 4th pair over 20 years. Cheaper to buy a new set than pay for a professional sharpening - if you can find one.
