I got three slabs of spare ribs and tried to put them in this mini rib rack and it didn’t do a thing, all they did is fall all over each other, if I get another rib rack I would try to find one that add more Height, to be able to support spare ribs.

My favorite rib rack

My favorite rib rack. And I’ve had a bunch. The pockets are fairly wide, nicely accommodating the curve in a rack of baby back ribs. The absence of a bar across the top of each pocket means the rack of ribs doesn’t get hung up on a cross bar. Makes rotating or flipping a rack of ribs much easier. Chrome plating is nice and heavy. This prevents rusting if you throw your racks in the dishwasher, like I do.

The picture shows vertical tines but you'll get the model with the angled tines. This means longer pieces of meat will bend a bit as they cook so the racks of ribs will touch each other resulting in spots that do not brown as well as the rest of the rack. The manufacturer does not reply to customer inquiries.
