This is the best toy for foreplay, though I'm not sure that is the intention. Because it is not necessarily designed for that, wear it on the back of your wrist and put the nubs on the back of your fingers, this way your fingers are vibrating and doing the touching, not the nubs. Also, put the nubs on your fingers first, then attach it to your wrist, if you do it the other way it can put strain on the wires and cause the nub to pull off. That happened on the first one I bought, but this second one has lasted for years now. The vibrations are just right, strong but not too strong, and you get the intimacy of touching your partner instead of a toy. Have fun!

Not powerful enough to offer any relief.

This is not powerful enough to offer any relief, doesn't feel close to a massager. The only thing I found it useful for was a light sinus massage.

Sheep garbage that broke immediately.

I returned it before I took a picture but this thing is very cheap. Very uncomfortable to wear with scratchy Velcro and hard plastic. And not a very good vibrating motion either. It is also not comfortable on the neck of the person you were massaging. The wires started to fray after first use and I suspect it would develop a short very quickly after that.

This product was simple to use and provided a way to add some extra fun into the mix, it worked great and was very user friendly. At first I was worried about the product getting to wet; however, this has never been an issue. The product can slip so I recommend using gloves or something to cover fingers as the slippage can lead to a mood change.
