Description says 17’ long when it is only 10’!

After purchasing enough to do the job based on the product description as 17’ long, the packages are 10’ each, meaning I have to order more units to complete! Now I see from earlier reviews others have noted the same thing, yet the description has not been corrected to 10’.

10’ not 17’, but seems good quality

I’m writing a review only because the description up top states that the strip is 17’ long. The product is actually 10’ long, which is a disappointment, but descriptions further down indicate that it’s 10’, so I’m just hoping to help clarify that 17’ is not correct. The adhesive is pretty good—it sometimes wants to peel up slightly at the ends (I’m using it on the outside of wooden interior storm window frames, so I’ve just tacked the ends down with small brads and it seems quite secure). The foam tape itself seems sturdy and well-made.

Incorrect description of product.

It is advertised as a 17 foot piece of weatherstrip, but I received only a 10 foot piece. That is why I gave it only 1 star. The product itself is wonderful. Sticks very well.

Why Amazon would sell a product like this I cannot explain. I read the other two reviews thinking it wouldn't be as bad, but is was. Dry, old, falling into pieces when I opened the box. Spend a few dollars more and get a high quality product.

Old, dry, and flaky

This item arrived old, dry, and flaky. It was unusable throughout. Amazon needs to bring this vendor to task or drop them completely.
