Gave me back mobility

I bought this product on the off chance that I would get at least some mobility back. I am on my feet all day at work. when I came home I could barely bend my knees and walking was extremely difficult. I only use this LifePro vibration plate on level 3 but within 3 days I was noticing a difference. I have now used it just over a month and my mobility is not back to normal but I can work all day with minimal pain. I will warn you, on the second week I was feeling so much better that I bumped it up to level 10. Needless to say, I came home early from work because I was in so much pain. Take it slowly! I don't believe it is a substitute for healthy eating and curing your body through diet, but this is a BIG step in the right direction. It gave me hope again to take care of myself and get in shape. Thank you LifePro. I am a big believer and have told many of my friends about this product.

Not for people with MCAS

I have suspected Lipedema; I got this plate to help move my lymph and get my circulation going. Is it a good plate? Absolutely! I think it would work well for people that could benefit from it. The only thing I don’t like about it? The power cord is short. It’s also heavy, but that is to be expected — be aware if you’re not able to lift anything over 15lbs. I wish I could’ve kept this plate, but I have MCAS. Even with an antihistamine or dry brushing beforehand, the itchiness in my body is too intense and I can’t be breaking out into hives every time I use it. Overall, good product for normal people!

Works Great!

My Lifepro Waver Mini Vibration Plate arrived and was packaged well. Everything seems to be working great and the way it should. I have only used it a few times so far so I can't comment yet on how it is helping longer term, but the vibration so far feels great for my lower legs while sitting at my desk. I am looking forward to using it on a daily basis and slowly move up to a whole body vibration. I am using the 21 day Fitness Challenge videos from Lifepro website/members to start which is helpful.

Shake, Baby, Shake!

Easy & fun to use, so use it often just to stretch the back. Works. Lifetime warranty is a great idea, but I didn't see a form for it. Is it online somewhere?

I just received the Lifepro Waver Mini Vibration Plate and have only used it a handful of times so I can't comment on all the functions yet. I'm excited to see all of the benefits it will provide. I have received products from LifePro and they are a great company who stand behind their products.

Multifunctional equipment

It is very easy to use and store very relaxing there are so many things you can do with this equipment, it helps my son with muscle relaxing, I love the pamphlet that comes with the equipment showing what different things you can do with it, love it

Great machine

I’m loving the machine. It’s easy to use. It’s light enough to move around but there is a bit of weight to it so I personally wouldn’t travel with it regularly but occasionally would be fine. it’s compact enough for a small space but plenty big enough for standing on doing the 3 different leg widths. I’m still on beginners level but have also found just standing on it for 5 mins, very relaxing and helps relax my lower back. When it arrived, the mat you stand on was loose at one edge but the customer service was very helpful and responded quickly and sorted the problem. They also have a website with lots of info and advice on. I received some emails from the company to help get started on the machine. Good quality and build and excellent customer service.

Very happy

I have had this for about 10 days or so and really like it. I'm in my 60's and have always had lower and upper back problems due to a terrible fall in my 20's. I have always been fit as I golf, walk daily most times and do zumba classes, but just wanted something different to use to mix it up. I find it very east to use and started at a speed of 3 for 5 minutes and have increased that now. I like that it is portable and easy to store if needed. Very quiet machine and well made, the bands are great to use and the exercises in the booklet are great. I really love it.

That it's the right one for you

Nice machine but it would be nice to have some form of fixment to the sides to make it easer to move as you can only use the ends or put your fingers under the plastic sides not ease to lift with people with arthritis to the joints.
