Simple and well made!

Used these to hot smoke some salmon in our oven. While unfortunately I couldn't get the exact cut of fish needed, these boards help up well, and performed fine! Definitely raw, nature wood. As of writing this, I appreciate there price and quality, there are too many cheap, yet expensive products out there.

AMAZING

Decided to try these for the first time using haddock. I soaked these for 2 hours and then slightly brushed butter on the boards just in case the fish stuck to them. Wow! The fish was amazing tasting. The wood never caught fire or anything. I plan on an ordering more.

Over priced for what you get, just get planks and submerge yourself better yet purchase cedar at Home Depot and do it yourself

Wood Fire

I soaked one piece of the planks in water for over 2 hours. I put the salmon on the plank and put it on the grill at 450 for 10 minutes. I had to take it off the grill and put out a small fire. The bottom of the wood was completely burned and the corner had flames. The salmon was delicious, despite of the little scare. Be careful!

Pleasantly surprised

This was my first go at the plank grilling. These cedar planks are large enough for a couple salmon fillets. They were easy to use and added great flavor. I’m glad I tried them out.

Nothing premium

The one board should never have been packaged and sold. There are portions missing and narrow bits of wood, that would catch fire easily, remaining.

I haven't v used them. They are too small for the portion I wanted to cook on them
