Perfect Litter Box for Lazy Cats!

I love this litter box. As you can see my cat used to use the Iris top entry litter box, which is great for reducing tracking, BUT I've found that one of my cats does not like jumping up to do his business. So when we got this litter box, he immediately claimed it, as it has an easy to access entry way. I also love the high walls, they keep the litter in, especially when the cat is trying to cover up their stuff. Summary: - Easy entry for lazy or old cats - High walls keeps litter in - Easy to assemble - Easy to clean, no issue with litter sticking to the bottom. (I use the Sustainably Yours Multi-Cat Litter) - Nice and compact, the perfect size

It's pretty good

For the price, this litter box works fine. I wanted to purchase one with high sides because my older cat sometimes misses and urinates on or over the side of the box. This box has prevented a lot of the mess on the floor, however, it sometimes runs between the two parts of the box and down the side or around the rim, so I'm still wiping urine from the sides of litter box frequently. The top piece just sits on the bottom and does not lock down at all, so the cats are able to knock it loose or off occasionally when jumping in and out. The included litter scoop is tiny, so grabbing a normal sized scoop for a buck or two is recommended.

Litter box

Even though this is really small my cat seem to like it much better than the bigger one. I like it because you don't have to take the top off when you're checking the litter and yet it has a edge around it that keeps the litter from flying out of the box. I also like the scooper that it fits right on the side and I like the color as well and the top is kind of transparent. I think it was a good purchase. Price was really good.

Really nice but with an issue

Overall I really like the style of this litterbox. The half flip lid top is perfect for my cat while still covering someone for me to prevent too much litter getting kicked out. Only issue for me (and it’s a pretty significant one) is the shape of the bottom of the pan. It has too many weird shapes and indents that get caked with the wet little clumps after my cat uses it. Makes it hard to scoop against the bottom and get everything out. This just means I have to fully empty and wash out the pan pretty often but I still like it. Annoying pan but the top is perfect for me.

Keeps the floor cleaner

The higher walls are great for keeping more litter in the box and less on the floor. This box is especially great if you’ve got a cat like mine that puts his front paws on the front edge of the litter box while going to the bathroom. This box is really sturdy and the top has never popped off during use, but it’s very easy to remove for cleaning.

Corner litter box = genius

Having the litter box in a corner is a great way to use space. Genius. Plus, tucking it into a corner (and using the lid) makes the litter box way more subtle, not the centerpiece of the laundry room anymore. This litter box seems compact (doesn't take up much room) but it's definitely large enough on the inside, more spacious than you'd think. We were so pleased with this purchase, we immediately bought a second one!

Smaller than I thought

Smaller than I thought it would be since it was labeled as "large" litter box. Luckily our cat is small. I was also given the wrong scooper, which was disappointing since it was supposed to clip into a designated space. The cat likes it though.

Esta bien pero recomiendo que sea la primera caja del gato

Esta caja se la compre a mi roomie porque teniamos problema con su gato sacando la arena de la caja,la caja funciona perfecto se siente un plastico lo suficientemente rigido y parece que no se le pegan los montones de arena seca como la que teniamos antes.tiene un pequeño escalon para que en caso de que al gato se le pegue arena en las patitas,esta se pueda caer ahi sin problemas, el armado es facil. El unico inconveniente que tuvimos es que el gato ,aunque su arena tiene atrayente, no se atrevia a meterse a hacer su asunto, terminamos quitando la puerta mas pequeña porque cuando se metia se quedaba dentro mauyando como si la hubieramos encerrada,a lo mejor nuestro gato esta medio menso pero se soluciono solo quitando la puertita y dejandola asi. Por el precio y eficiencia la recomiendo mucho

Good, except for…

Open top and wall height are perfect, much higher than my previous one that was around 7.5 inches tall. I like that the scoop can be hung on the box’s wall, although the scoop is pretty small, so expect more scooping work because of that. Very sturdy material, good quality for sure….except…it is not easy to clean like other revivers have claimed. The bottom is not flat. It has a 2 inch groove around the inner perimeter meaning the inner portion of the interior is higher. This is a strange design choice because it makes cleaning the box harder (which it already is with the smaller scoop). In fact, I can barely angle the scoop enough to clean the corners of the box. It’s possible to do but there’s only one angle that will work. I wanted a litter box, not a puzzle box. The engineer who designed this clearly wasn’t at the top of their class. Overall I am happy with the box, it just has a really really dumb design for bottom of it. The time you save from cleaning litter kicked out of the box is now spent trying to angle your scoop correctly to clean the corners.

Excelente material, pero con dimensiones un poco limitadas.

Decidí cambiar el arenero de mis gatos por este y la espectativa fue buena. Es casi del mismo tamaño que el anterior, a diferencia que a caja es menos alta y la puerta es más pequeña, lo que hace que gatos grandes no puedan pasar o les cueste trabajo. Los mios son siameses, el macho es mas delgado y pudo pasar sin problema, pero para la hembra si tuve que dejar levantada toda la tapa frontal ya que se le dificultó entrar y acomodarse por la puertita. Sin embargo, el material es de excelente calidad, la rejilla les permte dejar las trazas de arena que se adhieren a sus patitas, permitiendo más limpieza. SI el gato no llegara a acomodarse, esta tapa puede ser removida. Yo uso arena ecológica de restos de madera. Esta arena se aglutina cuando se moja y muchas veces al contacto con cualquier liquido, la hace un poco viscosa y se adhiere a las paredes, a los pisos, etc. Sin embargo con el material de este arenero, la arena no se adhiere tan fácil ni a las paredes ni a la palita, lo cual conserva la caja mucho más limpia al igual que la pala, haciéndo más fácil la tarea de limpiar. Ocupa menos espacio en el baño y luce más bonita. Beuna opción pero no apta para gatitos que pesen más de 4 kilos o seas de talla grande.

Fine, but my cats hate it

The shape and size are good, it's a good depth, but for some reason my cats hate it. One refuses to use it at all, and the other sticks her bum outside the door and goes on the floor (not sure if she's stupid or vengeful). Would have returned it if I could have, but who sends back a used litter tray?!
