My birds love it

Was looking for a nice grass mat to fold ( my birds like to nap in a grass taco) came across this and thought it looked like a tree branch ( native tree dwelling birds). My birds absolutely love it, they can destroy it just as well as the grass taco but also nap inside throughout the day and feel safe.

Easily chewable, not for rabbits

This is a loosely woven hay tunnel which my bunny (not rabbit loves). She's only about 2 pounds and can easily fit into the holes. I expect she will still be able to fit into it when she is at full size of about 4-5 pounds though I'm not sure if a 9 or 10 pound rabbit could fit in it. It is loosely made which she apparently likes. It's the first thing she has enjoyed chewing on and although some might consider this a negative I look at her chewing on this much better than her chewing on my carpet or furniture. She's little, I doubt it will last more than a couple of weeks. I'll give an update on how long it takes before she destroys it. UPDATE: When I initially wrote this the bunny was 1 pound 10 oz. She is now full grown at 2 pounds 8 oz. She can squeeze into the tunnel but it's not as easy as it used to be. A ferret or guinea pig would love this, my very small bunny loved it as well but my very small rabbit is already too big. I keep it in there for her to hide behind but she no longer runs through it like she used to. Because of how very small she was when she outgrew it, I'm going to recommend against bunny owners from purchasing this product.

I suppose nesting and destruction are not the only options. They will also ignore it. And then when you fail to replace it the next time you clean their cage, they will be upset and chitter when the tube is not where they expect it. After months of ignoring the tubes, you'll look in and see nothing but butts and noses poking out of different holes. And then you'll know: they're ungrateful little buggers.

Great tunnel--See description

My daughter had two guinea pigs. She was told they were both girls. Potato and French fry were the best of friends and shared this tunnel in their Midwest cage. All was well until one day, there were two additional guinea pigs in the cage. Potato had babies! We now have the piggies, Potato, French Fry, Tater and Tot. French Fry and Tater the two boys are in one cage and Potato and Tot , the females are in another. The boys have the original tunnel that I purchased on Amazon and they love to hide in it and run through it. The second tunnel gets decimated by Tot, the little girl. Her favorite pastime is to try and destroy it. This does keep her happy and busy but I will need to take up stock in Grass Tunnel toys. Moral of the story is, you may have a piggy who respects the tunnel or you may not. Buyer beware.

Not great, my rabbits ripped it apart within 20 minutes and ate it. The edging is like a lace material and stuck on with glue. Cheap and nasty. The remains are in the photo.

Really good product, slightly pricey

Mainly suitable for rodents or small/baby rabbits. Bought it for my cavies, good size for most of them except a couple of my larger adults. Made from grass, willow and burlap no strange glue or unsafe pieces on mine. Arrived intact and as ordered(first time ordered, last order not recieved, carrier has yet to deliver). Doesn't last terribly long if left in cage at all times due to chewing and piggies soiling it so something to keep in mind. Would give 5 stars no problem if was $10 or less, at the point I would get perfect value for the money. Will purchase again just not often due to price.

Lovely tunnel for my hammy

This tunnel is awesome! I have a Syrian and he loves bringing his treats into the tunnel where he sits and enjoys them. I also placed his house at one of the side exits, so he runs in and out of his house through the tunnel. This item is one of the best things I could ever purchase for my hammy, as it is high quality and looks beautiful in his habitat. In my opinion though, I think it's a little too small for guinea pigs or bunnies.

piggy paradise!

This is a great product! Perfect size for piggies, even the chubbier ones! ;) The burlap adds softness to the entry holes, and the grass is very big and thick so even in summer on warmer days if they decide to sleep in it they will get lots of airflow, whether inside the house or outside in their pens to graze. A great place to hide and to chew also. Mine LOVE this, and the cooing and squeaking was their seal of approval! :)

What a find!

This was such a pleasant surprise. It's WAY bigger than I expected but a good size for adult rats (and bigger...diameter is about 6-inches) Considering some of the other seagrass and Timothy hay products I've purchased this was a very good deal. Depending how long it lasts... Would definitely consider getting again.
