Heavy duty, worked great.

Solid construction and looks good

Replaced old worn roller with this one. Was a very tight fit hard to get in but once in worked fine. While attempting to tighten roller by turning adjustment screws the screw dislodged and it was very difficult to reassemble. There were no useful assembly or adjustment instructions. Once installed it looks and works well.

Been working on our front door flawlessly for over 2 years.

Works great for over 2 years now for our pivoting front door on our house with a pull handle. It has an adjustable tensioner so the wind doesn’t blow the door open. Our builder was impressed with how well built this was.

will hold door closed... but not very securely

Have this mounted on our fiberglass 36"x80" front door. While it does the job of holding the door closed, it doesn't hold it very secure. Granted, my door has pretty thick weather stripping around it, and combine that with a strong wind outside, and the latch wasn't effective in holding the door closed. Ended up having to keep the dead bolt locked at all times. Not very accessible when you are outside doing yard work and wanna come in the house through the front door. So next step is to buy a 2nd roller latch and see if 2 of these will end up keeping the door securely closed.

I love opening and closing my doors every day now. I never expected the door to make the knocking sound when you open or close it, so it is pretty awesome. It also holds the door shut well if installed correctly.

Nice latch. Had to cut the springs to get it right but does the job.

With a slight cutting of the springs I was able to install for my purpose and it works great. It appears to be of acceptable quality.

Great, quality hardware.

Looks and works great. Used on my entry door - for use with a long handle on my modern door. this is plenty heavy duty to keep my solid mahogany door closed.
