Sit 10 hr days for work
After sitting for 10-12 hrs daily for work my legs started aching especially at night when I would try to sleep. My feet were tingling and my toes kept getting cramps. My husband bought me this and all of those systems went away the only this I wish is that it was smaller and could to fit under my desk and I could use it while I'm working but my desk is not open on the bottom therefore I use it on breaks and after work

Good machine overall. Not for skinny legs.
It is a very well built machine. Controls are easy too use. Not very bulky. Not very heavy to handle. The only thing is the calf massager is way to big for my lower legs. It barely touches them. And the calf massagers are not made of inflatable bags nor padded/lined with foams like the foot massager does. They are made of plastic only. If they can't get near enough to your legs at first, they never will. But he foot massager are made of plastic and a thick layer of foam attached on the inside. They work like inflatable bags like you see in compression massagers. If don't get closer enough at first, they will as they further compress your feet. And nothing is adjustable on this model. Yes, you can choose between relieve or restore, one leg or two legs at the same time. But that is it.

Helps with neuropathy from diabetes.
It was a gift. The person likes it, it’s easy to use and seems to help with nerve issues. It is kind of heavy for the 97 year old to move about so we’re working on a set place for it at an out of the way chair in his bedroom.

Love using this machine everyday after work!
Love using this machine everyday since it got delivered to my front doors! I use it to help relieve the pain & soreness on my feet & calves after a hard day of working 10-12 hr shifts everyday. This machine is a life saver for me & it will be for anyone who has soreness, numbness, or pain after so many hours of standing or walking around or being at work on your feet all day! Love the machine’s ability to work out the kinks & soreness in both my feet & the calves at the same time! It is a miracle invention for my feet & calves! Would have given it 5 stars, but I deducted 1 star due to the fact that the machine can only be used for 15 minutes maximum at a time. You will have to keep pressing the button to get more time on your massage if you need it. I still love this machine and it was worth the $190 that I paid. It is absolutely worth every penny that I paid over & over from my daily use. This is a very well built, high end, beautiful construction, and the look is very modern & sleek (black color). The quality of this machine is amazing! It is not one of those cheap imitation machines that cost $50, $70, or $100. Get this machine. I am an actual customer who bought this machine for myself. I was not sponsored by anyone & no one gave me this machine for free. I would love another machine for free if the manufacturer wants to donate one to me & I will gift it to my sister! Seriously, I would pay for another one to give to a family member as a Christmas gift or birthday gift. It is truly a gift that keeps on giving! I treated myself to this machine as a gift to myself & I can’t live without using it! The best purchase on Amazon by far for me! Love love love this work horse of a machine/massager. I can use it whenever I need it! I use this machine while watching TV, reading a book, napping while sitting up, or eating my meals while using it at the same time! The machine is relatively quiet so it won’t disturb someone else in the same room if the TV is on.

Pretty good massager
This massager is pretty good, but not great. It does as advertised and massages your legs and feet. But it doesn’t get the parts on me that are usually sore without me having to sit in uncomfortable positions. But that’s just me. It does do a good job at massaging the front, sides and back of your feet, just not underneath to the left-middle, which is where my feet always hurt. So if you’ve got pain in that very specific spot, this might not be good for you. The leg massager is okay. But you have to put your legs right up against them it for it to be able to reach, which is a bit uncomfortable. There is a setting to have both your feet and legs massaged, but the legs won’t reach you all that much without sacrificing some of your feet. There’s a bar of sorts that can be pulled down to recline the apparatus slightly, which is nice. It’s kind of big, so it’s hard to store anywhere. Overall it’s a nice massager that does leave you feeling better than before you sat in it, so that’s always a good thing.

Definitely Addictive
Pros: doesn't "hurt" like others can. Love the variety of programs. Very easy to use and can adjust legs/feet to focus on certain areas for pressure. Cons: wish this had an adjustment for different calf widths, helping with amount of needed pressure. My husband can't use it because his calves are much larger than mine, and because you can't adjust, pressure is too much. For me, although generally very comfortable, I would prefer to be able to adjust it slightly narrower for "more" pressure at times. It was great when my ankles decided to swell a bit - - this really helped and my swelling went down so quickly. Overall - it's wonderful - just needs these slight adjustments to be "great".

Electrical appliance for US market - NOT SUITABLE FOR AUSTRALIA - DO NOT BUY
The online advertisement does not mention anywhere the voltage details for the appliances. Upon receipt of the appliance which was intended as a gift for mum's birthday, it became evident that the voltage of the appliance is not suitable for Australia. The appliance voltage is 110-120 volts and the mains electricity in Australia is 240 volts. In order to obtain a refund and return the appliance which was sent from Las Vegas, the delivery costs is over $230 which is more than half of the price of the appliance. To offer the appliance for sale which is not suitable in Australia is a breach of the Consumer Protection laws which requires for the appliance to be fit for use. I will be taking this issue further. THIS APPLIANCE SHOULD NOT BE SOLD IN AUSTRALIA AND ANYONE WHO PURCHASED SHOULD BE REFUNDED IN FULL ALONG WITH ANY DELIVERY COSTS FOR THE RETURN. DO NOT BUY THIS APPLIANCE IF YOU ARE IN AUSTRALIA OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY WITH MAINS ELECTRICITY MORE THAN 120 VOLTS. DO NOT BUY ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES FROM AMAZON. BUY FROM A SHOP RETAILER INSTEAD.

Not suitable for Australian Power supply
As per the previous review, which unfortunately was after i purchased, it does not suit australian 240v and instead 110v - 120v US. No where was this stated in the sellers listing at purchase or at time of this review. Being a prime member i thought there would be no hassle in returning for full refund. But i was informed that i would have to pay for return shipping. !!?!!?!

Good unit but shop the price.
Make sure your heels are right at the back before starting or it will crush your feet and be prepared to stop it until you get used to it. Use the auto settings and that's it. The price varies substantially so shop around.

Cannot be repaired
I am in Australia, received the product with US power requirements and no converter/transformer with it. I bought a transformer but the product still does not work. Wrote an email to Human Touch as to how to troubleshoot and fix this product but they said it cannot be fixed, it can only be replaced. Since I am in Australia, there is no guarantee/ warranty. So basically no tech support For any customer within/outside US and no cover for customers outside US. Too expensive to bet if the product will work.
