Everything you need in a compact case!
I purchased one of these a few years ago and just bought one as a gift for my sister. I love that you can't lose the tools as they are attached to the case and fold out easily. The magnetic battery holder is great for those who struggle with putting batteries in. The cleaning tools are versatile and allow you to maintain your hearing aids without always heading to the audiologist. I recommend getting a hearing aid blower to round out your maintenance kit.

Great little tool set
I liked the price and all in one tool set. Has everything I need in one compact set when changing out batteries and cleaning my hearing aids. I will purchase another one when needed.

Squeeze bulb air (or liquid) shooter
The Ezy Dose Hearing Aid Air Blower by Apothecary Product LLC, Minneapolis, MN, EzyDose.com made in China satisfied my expectation in every respect. The air tip is 1-1.2 mm, which gives good flow force which I intend to get ink flowing in my inkjet cartridge with a tight fit in the fill hole to build pressure.

A handy kit for most hearing aids.
I have receiver in the canal (essentially large BTE) hearing aids and the tubing tool didn't work well for my aids. The tube cleaner wire thing was way too short to actually clean the tubes. The wax cleaners did a decent job unless wax was impacted in the aid. The issue I had with this kit was that all tools were stuck on the actual unit itself so I couldn't remove one and use it. That made it awkward for me to use any of the little tools since the others got in the way. I used the kit a few times then it disappeared in the abyss of my house. It did help with any wax that was near the surface of my receivers. I didn't need the battery helpers but they are always good to have.This would have been better if the option were there to remove the little tools from the base but it's still a good little set of tools for most hearing aids. Mine just required a longer tube cleaner. The price was good though and the other tools do seem to work pretty well. It's a handy little gadget to have on hand if you wear hearing aids and want to maintain them yourself or to use in between cleanings at the audiologist's.

Second purchase doesn’t get rid of condensation
Recently had to have hearing aids fitted. Unfortunately at the end of the day I noticed there was condensation in the tubes. I managed to take the tubes off and shake out but didn’t get rid of the condensation. Looked on Amazon purchased a ‘puffer’ to blow out the tubes but also purchased this little gadget with not much hope that it would work it was only cheap, if it didn’t work bin it. It does work no need to use the ‘puffer’ so no need to take tubes off. Excellent cheap answer to condensation in hearing aid tubes. Excellent! UPDATING FEEDBACK After 6 months I ordered another as per instructions. The first one worked (read my first review) This second one DOES NOT GET RID OF CONDENSATION I don’t know if it’s been in Amazon storage for a long time but I’ve tried for 4 days and the condensation built up more and more, I’ve had to remove the tubes and blow out. Such a shame.

Great at cleaning hearing aids.
I have been struggling to keep my son's hearing aids clean since he first got fitted with them several years ago. The little nylon brush that comes with the hearing aids is always woefully inadequate, with the bristles coming off after a fairly short period of use. Even a slight better replacement nylon brush has proven to be little better than the freebie. This particular cleaning set comes with a variety of tools and spaces to keep two spare batteries. Frankly, the battery storage is not something I use because I keep this set at home and I just clean the hearing aids once a day when my son goes to bed. I keep the set with the rest of his hearing aid paraphernalia, including all of his batteries. There is even a model that comes with a built-in battery tester for a few extra pounds, but I would avoid this as I have tried hearing aid battery testers before and never found them to be particularly accurate or helpful. As for the tools themselves, I basically just use one: the loop of wire. This is all I need to clean wax from the inside and outside of the hearing aid moulds quickly and efficiently. It provides an appropriately sized cleaning device that is shaped to avoid damaging the soft silicone of the moulds and to pick up loads of wax on each passing. The little magnet for lifting out batteries is a bit of a gimmick as batteries really aren't so hard to remove. The brush is ok, as is the long piece of nylon wire, but I almost never find a reason to use them and I can usually find another way to achieve the same cleaning effect without them. I am still not sure what the hooked piece of plastic might be used for. All in all, I find this set to be much better for cleaning hearing aids than the nylon brush that is included free with the hearing aids, but most of the tools are surplus to requirements and I definitely wouldn't pay extra for the version with the built-in battery tester. Oh, and for the complete cleaning set I would add an air puffer (for removing moisture from the tubes).

Nice little kit
The kit is very handy in its own little easy to carry case. The rod for cleaning the tube though is not long enough to go straight through which is what my Audiologist told me to do, to clear wax out of the tube. For this reason aline, it only warrants 4 stars. I do like the handy magnet to hold the battery when changing them.

Only lasts 6 months
This is a nice sturdy container with a secure flip up lid. Unique design to protect and dry out your hearing aids. I didn't realise that they only last for 6 months which is disappointing as that's not very environmentally friendly. After 6 months I will be looking to use tablets or something to dehumidify as the container is too nice a quality to discard.

USELESS
The tube cleaners on this item are too short for my modern NHS hearing aids. They only go halfway through the tubes leaving debris in the middle of the tubes. This makes it useless for the intended purpose. I tried to return it but Amazon keeps coming up with a message saying that it is not returnable. By law anything bought online from a business is returnable within fourteen days. So Amazon are clearly breaking the law. I cannot find any way to contact Amazon customer service about this. I wasted my money on this item.
