Great sharpener
I didn't necessarily want to spend this much $ on a pencil sharpener but my son really wanted it and his favorite color is green. But I was super surprised when we got it. It was much larger than I expected and it works very well! Every bit worth the price.

Great value for the money!
Very nice sharpener and great value for the money. I even like the color! I got green! Because I am a colored pencil artist this sharpener fits my needs perfectly. What are my needs and why is it perfect? The point is long and sharp. I also like the fact that, by design, the shavings have a place to fall that's below the blade. I will, and have, recommended it to my students. I wish it was also battery operated but overall, I'm happy with it.

I was looking to buy a new electric pencil sharpener for classroom use. I decided on this one because of the color - green -It's a nice and bright color and easy for the kids to find. Also I like that it has a pencil storage section in the back. Holds at least a dozen pencils. It comes with a power cord that plugs into the back of the sharpener. Sharpens with nice, even sharpening - stops when sharp.I like that it won't sharpen without the clear plastic shavings cup in place - so kids can't get hurt. I also like that you can easily see when it is full of shavings.I have used this to sharpen high quality Staedtler pencils, as well as dollar store ones with the same result - all good, evenly sharpened points.. I wouldn't use this with wrapped pencils (the ones that have a thin printed plastic wrap) and I would avoid colored pencils as the wax would probably gum things up after a while. I like that it comes in colors!

Great for a Kindergarten classroom!
What a great purchase! This is my sixth year teacher and I have been looking for a pencil sharpener that doesn't take long to sharpen without the lead breaking! This one fits the bill. I also LOVE that it is so compact! My last sharpener was a X-acto and it took up a ton of beloved space on my counter. This one is tiny and fits almost anywhere! I have used it for about a month now and so far so good. I am interested to see how long it lasts! I am hoping a long time! The only reason I gave it four stars is the pencil shavings cup is very small so I do about 10 pencils and I have to empty it. Other than that I love this sharpener! Great purchase!

Electric Pencil Sharpener Comes In Colors!
I decided to try the new wave in adult relaxation.....adult coloring books. I figured I have done a few paint by numbers or painting where you pick the colors so why not give it a try. I tried pens and markers but read that you could blend colors by using pencils.i ordered them but forgot the most important thing, unlike markers and pens, pencils need a pencil sharpener! I looked through a bunch of boring black ones, but since it is for home I wanted something fun that wasn't really expensive. I found this one with different colors to choose from and chose the green color. I received it quickly and tried it today. It worked very well. I sharpened to a nice point without taking half the pencil like many pencil sharpeners I used have done and the price was good. If you have Prime you can get it in two days. I would recommend this pencil sharpener.
