Loose in the heel.

Sent back...didn’t fit my foot properly. Heel area not snug enough. Smaller size would have been too small.

they run small and for those like me with high arches they are too small around he arch

loved the look and brand hated the return process it gave me a tracking number, told me to put the bar code inside the box and then the driver refused to pick it up. I went on a wild goose chase to a locker which also did not accept it and it was a computerized machine with no human! back home, agent sent an email a return label. Put that on to drive to a UPS store, Meanwhile original refusing driver produced a new return label with I then attached and gave to concierge. The package went. hat a return ordeal!

Fit is SMALL, not true to size

These Ladies Ecco golf shoes are really narrow. I returned these and ordered a pair of men’s Ecco Biom and they are my favorite shoes. Not sure why Ecco thinks women’s feet are dramatically more narrow than men’s, but be aware that these run VERY SMALL - both in length and width.
