BLADES ARE GOOD BLADES

The like is the price point and the quick time of arrival. The dislike is i ran 100 BF of Hard Maple rough plain and already have a chip and had to sharpen.

I have used these planer blades for some years now. I like the double edge as they keep a project moving ahead. I have recently found, much to my chagrine, that these blades will last much longer if properly gauged into position. I am a sharp blade enthusiast and prefer carbide edge blades but for the price these do just fine. An extra set in store is good if you live in a small mountain state town.

Exact replacement

I purchased these for my 15" powermatic planer. They appear to be exactly the same gauge steel as the original blades that were nicked from hitting nails while surfacing reclaimed lumber.

I was suprised it took over a week to arrive;however,they are identicle to the originals, so it was worth the wait.
