Figures don't bend
The figures don't move, they don't bend, they just stand straight up. I bought it for a dollhouse and I will have to buy another family, because this family can't sit down on the furniture that came with the dollhouse. But to add they are beautifully made.

Characters are really well detailed.
Characters really do represent the darker family structure. The improvement would be to make them stand up better.

Perfect for Play therapy
This doll family is perfect for play therapy. My clients love them and I love that each member of the family is represented. I bought this set in African American and Caucasian. I will be purchasing a Hispanic and Asian set very soon. The only thing I did not like about these dolls is that they do not bend at all. But if you can get past that, I think you will be ok.

Glad this is available
I have a biracial daughter so I bought her a white family and a black family for he doll house .. I am glad this was available but my only complaint is that they don’t bend so they can’t sit in the chairs or ride in the car like the white family can
