Perfect to put Make-up on in the mornings

It is the perfect height and width to put my make up on. Also I like using 3 AA batteries as I don't have to use any cords. Perfect lighting. Get it you won't be sorry!

Warning

My wife "loves" her new mirror which she uses to remove loose eyelashes. The 10X magnification allows her to see the loose eyelash. The mirror is very attractive on the counter. I titled the review "Warning" because of the instructions to load the batteries. The instructions say, "Use fingertip to pull off battery cover." You may bruise your fingertip trying to do so. The instructions neglect to mention that there is a tiny screw which must be taken off before opening the battery cover. The screw is of the size used in eyeglasses and requires a tiny screw driver. In addition, we had a very similar Conair mirror that was corded which only lasted three years before the switch became inoperable. So we are hoping for a longer life for the new mirror.

Good little Mirror

I had the older model of this mirror that I loved. Unfortunately it was time for a new one. This mirror is a bit smaller that the old model and the magnification is not as good. The switch is a bit tough to turn on and I am hoping that it loosens up with time. The battery power is ok. I have no idea how frequently they will need replacing. I like the fact that it is cordless. Perhaps Conair should have put a USB port in as other manufacturers have done. All in all, it's fine. Not fantastic, but fine.

If you want to examine every pore....

The magnification is so strong a surgeon could use it. Conversely the unmagnified is so week you can barely see yourself. I'm stuck with this until I can find a happy medium.

Best magnifying mirror!

I purchased this to replace a much older version of a Conair 10x magnifying mirror I had that ended up with an electrical short after several years of use. This new mirror is not only very sturdy for being so lightweight, it is also awesome in that there is no cord ... it runs on just 3 AA batteries. The daylight LED lighting is crisp and clean, and makes it super easy for tweezing my eyebrows. I definitely recommend this item if you are looking for a new 1x/10x magnifying mirror.

The mirror itself is fine. The magnification is great. The light is so dim that I don’t barely notice a difference between when it’s on and off.

10X magnification is THE BEST!

This mirror is very good. I dud not give it 5 stars because I wish it were brighter. I think that plug-in models are often brighter. Nonetheless, the fact that this is battery operated is a real plus! No cord taking up valuable space near my sink! I've already got space taken by an electric toithbrush etc. This cordless feature really keeps everything looking neat and frees up the out for handheld har dryer on occasion. The 10X is a huge improvement over the 7X!!!!!!!

Buena compra

Me gusta mucho que tenga zoom y que tenga el espejo normal, sólo me quejaría porque la luz no es tan intensa como la imaginé, no es mala, pero pudo ser mejor. Usa 3 pilas AA. Y luce muy bonito en mi tocador.

The mirror is not big enough to see my full face unless it is quite far away from me. Tips over easily. Even with new, good quality batteries, the light is not bright. I only do my hair and makeup on occasion, so I won't bother returning it, but for every day use I would not like this at all.

Ligero, buen tamaño, y excelente aumento.

Me gustó mucho el producto. Es bastante ligero (yo tenía uno que se conectaba a la luz y era muy pesado). El tamaño es muy práctico y el aumento 10x es genial. La luz no es tan potente como el otro que tenía pero esta bien si tiene luz adicional de la habitación/ventana. Los materiales son de buena calidad.

Poor customer response

Instruction didn't explain that a "not included screw driver" is need to open the battery cover. Would have been nice to have the screw driver included with the mirror. I called Conair and left a message 2 weeks ago. They still haven't contacted me:( I returned it after a week waiting. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Very Bright, Lighweight, and Great Quality

It’s very light weight, it’s very bright and good quality. It has two sides, a normal mirror and a zoomed mirror. I would recommend it!
