Great Powder Beush

This is the powder brush I’ve been looking for. I use it for loose powder. It is soft enough for a lovely feel for the face but effective enough for the powder to set the concealer. I love it.

Good quality and value for the price

The media could not be loaded. Item arrived on time. Took a star off due to damaged and half opened package. The product itself is undamaged. Soft and picks up product adequately. Good value for the price. Will have to see how this holds up to cleaning/washing….so gar so good.

Well-Made. Lovely Colors

I love Real Techniques brushes! They're well-made, and come in lovely colors. They work equally well with powders or creams, and they're reasonably priced. I have a couple dozen of them, and just like this powder brush, they never disappoint.

Amazon yet again have delivered, I received these on the same day as I ordered, delivery was by prime and as always very efficient. To the product:- Reason for purchase - As a guy late to the party, I've entered a new world of wearing makeup to go out if i've had a hard week in the office. Rather than using my fingers to apply makeup the time has come to buy some brushes. The product comes in a retail box, meaning it would be ideal as a gift. It comes in a hassle free packaging. I bought the following:- 1 x Real Techniques Concealer Brush 1 x Real Techniques Expert Face Brush 1 x Real Techniques Powder Brush When I went to the YSL shop, instead of paying £40 per brush I was advised that these Real Techniques brushes were as good as the YSL ones. Big praise for these 'cheap' brushes. As I had no bushes I was advised to buy the above as my 'core' set. The brushes feel and look great. The metal banding across the middle screams quality. The bristles are fine but strong. I'm not an expert at these things but having tried a friends and then the ones at YSL these are really up there with the best. My friends cheap ones smudged the foundation onto my face and the concealer brush left lines. These brushes however were faultless. Even for a someone with no experience with these things, I made it look easy! To all the haters out there who are screaming that the product is fake. Please check who is selling the product. The main seller is Amazon themselves. If you buy from another seller then I'd agree that they could be fakes however could you imagine what negative press would come from Amazon direct selling counterfeit products? I think Real Techniques would be instantly on the phone to trading standards and proceeding with their legal teams! Disappointing Quality!

I have been a loyal customer of Real technique brushes, sponge etc for years now as I moved away from MAC that was way too over priced. So far so good. Until during COVID I ordered this powder brush. It was so poor in quality and so flimsy that I wondered if it was genuine. The bristles are too soft vs my previous one and don't pick up the product as nicely. Very disappointed. Will have to look for other brand options now!

Not the quality you'd expect

I bought these brushes half price on amazon rather than spending the full amount in boots. Unfortunately, the quality has severely lapsed since the last time I'd purchased real techniques brushes several years ago. They feel cheap and lightweight. The older set has dense bristles and a more substantial handle. These ones are sparse, very 'plasticy' and definitely not made to the same standard. For reference, I actually have one of those cheap Ecotools powder brush sets from boots and the Ecotools is much better quality than these newer RT sets. Disappointed.. the price was great but I just expected more from this brand.

Not just a "dupe" for Sigma

When I needed a new powder brush, this was not my first choice. I wanted the Sigma.I just couldn't justify the price, so after seeing this in a few Youtube videos, I decided to just get this as a temporary solution until I budgeted for the Sigma. Well, my darlings, let me tell you, this brush is wonderful! Nice big fluffy soft bristles that cover a large area and applies mineral foundation so seamlessly it looks like you have been Photoshopped. In real life. No shedding, hurrah! I wash my brushes once a week and wipe them clean with surgical spirit on a paper towel every day (my skin is beyond ridiculous and I have to be super scrupulous if I don't want to wake up with a plague like crust of spots on my face) and still, nice and soft and not a single bristle lost. Amazing. Well done Sam Chapman!

Perfect for beginners

I love Real Techniques brushes, therefore had to purchase almost every one( I say almost every one, I had to pass by the eye shadow brushes and the nifty little ones as I'm not that makeup savvy!!) But I thought I may invest my money into some brushes that I do need, and I'm glad I went with Real Techniques, now as I am a beginner I found these brushes to be fantastic as they are so adaptable to product as well, one brush can be used for various things not just one product alone! And there are multiple YouTube videos with tutorials on how to use them!! Winner for a beginner! Not only are they brilliant at applying product, they look fantastic on the dresser! They pick up the product really well and they are so soft, and I have never had a problem with the hairs falling out!!
