This loaf pan is nice

Ez to clean. Has a little nonstick to the pan. When I turn out my cakes they come right out. Pretty as a picture.

Sturdy and very non-stick

These loaf pans are very heavy-duty and their non-stick quality works very well but... I was forewarned by someone else's review to the fact that water gets inside the creases in the pan during washing, and it gets trapped in there and causes the metal to rust. Eventually this rusty water leaks out -- not a good situation. So I'm very careful to dry the pans both upside down and then right side up, and I dry those corners religiously. Even so, one time I found a little rusty puddle by one of the corners. I love these pans but I sure wish they didn't have this problem.

Great Pans

I bought the 5 x 10 inch Calphalon non stick loaf pans and used them for the first time today. I wanted a little larger loaf pan for bread and this pan is actually 5" x 10" inside at the top. I made a whole wheat oatmeal with additional grains and it turned out fabulous. The sides and bottom were a nice golden brown. The bread slipped right out of the pan and the pan was perfectly clean after. No oil was used in the pan! Some of the reviews complained about the corner seams holding food and being hard to clean. This may be true for a meat loaf but bread doesn't seem to be an issue. Would highly recommend !

Professional Grade

The bread tin is very sturdy to hold and distribute the heat evenly. The size is also best for those large loaves.
