Lovely box

I bought this box to store my altar items. So, for paying $88 dollars, I expected a bit higher quality. The quality I would rate as "darned adequate" but not exquisite. The metal hardware leaves a little bit to be desired, but isn't bad, by any means. If one was ambitious, you could probably change it out to have higher quality hardware. I must say that I search through an inordinate amount of boxes to find the perfect one to be my altar box, and this is the one that finally made the cut, largely because it was...well...larger than most. For the money, size, and overall effect, I feel that this one's the best, but you could likely find smaller boxes that give you a bit more bang for your buck. (All this said by the pickiest person EVER, apparently!)

Not worth the price

I bought this chest thinking it was much larger beings that I paid $100.00 for it. My fault for not taking measurements. Its a beautiful trunk just not big enough for storing my bed sheets and blankets. My son is getting the chest and I'm going to have to order another one. Beautiful but not worth the money.

Storage Box Quality

While the company was prompt in shipping my order, what arrived was much poorer quality than anticipated. (Fasteners not attached. False cover peeling back). I returned the product.

Poor quality finish

This product has a veneer finish that undoubtedly will come off in time (as mine was delivered already coming apart). Overall it might be a fairly sturdy box, but the finish is severely lacking. Due to family circumstances I was unable to return the product within their short window, and therefore, am now stuck with it. But I will continue to look for the quality box for treasures that I had hoped this would be.
