Great Storage for Beading Work!
After quite a bit of research, I settled on this ArtBin Quickview Case 15" with divided base and lift out tray and I am so happy that I did. It was important to me that in addition to having space for my beads and dividers to separate the larger bead storage areas into smaller ones, that it have a permanent place for my sticky bead mat (which is 8.75 x 12') or my regular bead board. As you can tell from my photos, either fits perfectly into the tray area, so I can store my work in progress out of the way in a safe and secure manner without worrying about it getting spilled on to the floor. The interior dimensions of the case itself are about 14" x 11.5". There is another half inch on either side of the handle indentation. The bottom of the case where the dividers are is about 1.75 inches deep. The top of the case is about a half inch deep. The interior dimensions of the lift out tray are pretty much the same, about 14" x 11.5" with another half inch around the handle. Overall it may be a quarter of an inch smaller than the case itself. The tray is 1.25 inches deep. It is sturdy and locks tight and will work perfectly for my crafting needs. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a good way to secure their crafting or art supplies. It is well worth the price.

Works for me!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this storage bin for about 3 weeks. I like that it’s easy to carry and can be stored standing up or laying down. I’m able to organize my art supplies on the bottom tray while having room for other larger items like my apron or a 8x10 canvas on the top tray. I can also fit a 9x12 sketchbook just fine on the top tray.

Works for my needs, I like Art bin products.
I got this to organize all my Tim Holtz & Prismacolor markers in the bottom compartments and my stamping ink pads in the top part. It’s a great size and I love that you can fit quite a bit on the compartment on top. My only hesitation is that the plastic hinges on the back don’t necessarily look like they’ll stand the test of time. Or an accidentally drop at a particular angle. I like this brand quite a bit and also have their pencil case with the compartment in the lid as well as their clipboard with storage underneath. I like that they have designed products for a multitude of uses. I could easily take my markers and stamp pads out of this and use it for sewing supplies, embroidery thread etc.

Really badly packed, but very nice case!
My first one arrived broken, due to being shipped in a huge box with only a crumpled paper for padding, and only on one side. It was literally sliding around in the box, so I wasn't surprised to see the corner smashed in. I returned it and tried to find one in a local store, but after trying Michael's, Jo-Ann, and a local independent place, I gave up and ordered another one on Amazon. It came just as inadequately packed, but this one amazingly wasn't dropped along the way, and arrived undamaged! It holds as many embroidery floss bobbins loosely and with room to spare as I had been able to jam into one of the cheap floss organizers you can get for under $10 at any craft store, plus it also has compartments in the front and back of the bottom for needles and scissors, and a nice big lift-out tray for your project and patterns. I like that it closes securely, is better made than the floss organizer I had, on which the hinges were always popping out and broke within a year, and I like that it holds more, and that it has a handle. I only wish Amazon didn't send them out in such a risky way, I honestly am amazed the second one didn't break like the first, and I think they must be ruining a lot of them and causing a lot of delay and waste. I recommend you only buy this if you have Amazon Prime and know you'll be able to send it back without paying for shipping twice.

ArtBin for Watercolor Supplies
I purchased this ArtBin after a lot of research. I needed something to organize and store my growing watercolor supplies! I live in a small area and often paint in my car or on the go, so I love how easy this is for the traveling artist. It has a top compartment for paper or palette or clipboard, then when you move that off a lot of compartments that you can adjust to store smaller items. I keep my paint tubes, brushes, erasers, sponge... a lot of things... in mine. It closes and locks easily. I did give it only 3 stars for sturdiness because I dropped it on my wooden porch and a bottom corner cracked and some of the plastic chipped away. I used duct tape to patch the hole, and it works just fine.

I really love this case !! The size is phenomenal as it fits my art pads , clipboard etc all in just the top portion! Then the bottom has tons of space in sizes you chose with the dividers that come with , fits your coloured pencils , watercolour tubes or art pencils for sketching . Closes very securely and nice handle to carry it with so I'm at a loss for saying negative because for me it's perfect . Thanks

Great for storage... especially CARCASSONNE and its expansions
I bought this to store Carcassonne and all its additions/expansions; it came recommended on The Board Game Geek. The quality is great. Feels sturdy and definitely not cheap. The latches are easy to open, but won't open by themselves. They would even allow for a padlock of some sorts. The handle feels good when carrying (though there is not that much weight in mine). The tray is helpful to store items that won't fit (or are too bulky) and is stable enough as long as there isn't anything in it that is too heavy. It will allow you to store almost everything while keeping it all in place. It also comes with a number of dividers, though when they are in place it is very difficult to slide them out, a bit too hard for my taste. The dividers can only be fixed in certain (every 4 inches / 10 cm) places, which does not give a lot of flexibility when storing smaller expansions for Carcassonne. Though the fact that the dividers are it so fixed in place also means that they won't fall out immediately. Very practical when you put stuff in (as I) that does not require a lot of changing about and will sit there for years.

Should be able to remove inserts
Really like these organizers a lot & the size of them, but really wish you had the choice to remove the inserts on the bottom or at least move them around. If I would have known this I would have just ordered the one without inserts only

Well made and handy
Great little case. Well made and well designed. A must have for an art student or travelling artist. There are dividers inside, so you can customise the compartments (all the slots are equally spaced, so there are limits to this customisation!). Needs pencil tips protector. I'd love it if it was A2 size :-)
