Saved me in a desperate time

I bought this set because during the COVID-19 pandemic all the hair salons were closed and all the hair trimming sets were sold out, but my boyfriend desperately needed a haircut. Well, one Youtube tutorial and pet grooming kit later, he looked great! These scissors were sharp and precise with an easy grip. The thinning scissors were perfect for an inexperienced person to layer up men's hair so it doesn't look block-y. They are a little heavy, but still easy to use, I probably just wouldn't give them to my grandma to use with her weak wrists. If I had a long haired pet I feel pretty confident that I could give them a trim using this kit, however both my dogs are short-haired. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to cut any hair.

It's ok

It's more expensive than what it really is worth. I first got it with the package open and one of the items missing. They replaced it for free which was nice. The slicker brush is alright. Just wish it was self cleaning. The deshedder is ok, more just rips at the hair.

Good value, but nail clippers are useless

Got what I needed to tide us over through quarantine, it's a lot for the price, but the nail clippers are terrible, they're loud and harsh and tough to use. They look like heavy duty, easy to handle clippers, but they are awkward, thin plastic, split my dogs nails more than cut them cleanly, and I'm not going to be able to use them at all.

This is a nice set. It contains everything one needs for their furbabies. Not wood but well-made and nice weight to each piece. The handles are rubber. All piece of the set were used on my little dog. I didn't use any add pressure, just going lightly through her fur and letting the weight do its thing. She absolutely loved each and every one I used on her and nearly fell asleep as usual. As for her coat, it looks so much more fluffy (groomed).

Great kit for the price

I bought the 3 piece pet grooming kit. The Simple packaging. Nothing too fancy, but works well. No complaints about the quality. Holds up well thus far (used twice at the time of the review). Overall, not a bad purchase for the price point

Good scissors for the price

These are good scissors for the price for trimming my dogs hair however I did have issues with one of the pair as they did not really work at all. Overall I would recommend but you get what you pay for.
