A hard to find product

I needed a new one of these for my kitchen sink faucet. It is several years old and items like this are hard to find. Even harder at a Home Improvement or Plumbing store as they like to keep up to date with items that get requested often. How often do you need one of these? The old one finally got a hole in the screen while I was cleaning it. I have been able to find several hard to find items thanks to Amazon. Thanks.
