Works as intended

I don't own any wide neck bottle from Dr. Browns. I however do own bottles from Pigeon brand which is the same width as their bottles. It's a bit wider than the standard wide neck (Phillips Avent) so those will not screw in at all. This is a great buy for those who use bottles wider than the standard or actual Dr. Browns wide neck bottles.

Perfect for Dr. Brown Wide neck bottle

You will need Maymom 3rd Gen Thread Changer or Bottle Converter plus this Dr. Brown adapter to Allow Spectra usage. You can also attache to the lansinoh pump, again with the additional Maymom converter or any extra converter, it worked well for me as pictured.

Fits perfectly!

I got these so I could pump directly into the wide neck bottles and it works great!

Excellent for dr.brown wide neck bottles. But needs another attachment for spectra.

I have the spectra pump so I used this with another adapter. (Wide to narrow) then attach the Narrow to wide and I could use it to directly pump in my dr.brown wide neck bottles. It works excellent.
