Not my type of pan
Unfortunately I couldn't handle the stainless wok, though I followed all manuals and videos. Things still stick to it a lot, so I changed to the carbon steel one, sealed it properly and it is fine now for the food I'm making in it.

Too thin, handle gets hot quickly
The weight of the whole product is all about the lid. The lid feels heavier than the pot. The pot is pretty light, so the handle gets hot quickly. Not safe to use.

Great wok, easy to use and clean
I have always wanted a wok to be able to make stir fry dishes and this one has been great! It is a really good size and can hold a lot so I can make a full meal in it. I like that it is really easy to clean and it really does seem to be nonstick but I don't have to worry about scratching a coating since it is stainless steel. It has a good weight to it so it feels sturdy and well made and the heat is distributed evenly. The lid helps seal the heat in and since it is glass I can peak in to see how things are cooking without opening it. Overall, this is a great wok and it makes cooking and cleanup really easy.

Excellent, quality wok!
I absolutely love this ZWILLING Plus 12-inch Stainless Steel Nonstick Wok with Lid! It is made with high-quality stainless steel that is easy to clean and very durable. The non-stick coating is great and makes cooking meals a breeze. It is also very large and can fit a lot of food at once. The lid is also a great addition and helps to keep the heat in while cooking. I highly recommend this wok to anyone looking for an excellent cooking tool! 5 stars!

Easy to clean. Even heat distribution
This is a beautiful stainless steel wok. I’ve used it to cook beef and fried rice. It distributed the heat evenly and with a good coating of oil while cooking, I didn’t have any issues with food sticking. It cleans off easily too and since it is stainless steel, you can use it on higher heat. It looks very pretty and expensive. It has a good heft to it and you can toss food with one hand with it. I also use it to steam some dumplings as well. It’s a great wok and I would recommend it if you can’t use cast iron.

High Quality Uncoated Non-stick
They call it a frying pan but I will use it as a wok since the shape resembles one and it will be replacing my coated surface wok. The finish on the interior of the stainless steel pan looked great out of the box and the glass lid fit beautifully. The handle is hollow which helps with the overall weight and does not show on the inside of the pan. It’s about 3.5 inches deep. Note: the finish is plain stainless rather than the implied coated ‘non-stick’. The non-stick claim is likely based on the pan’s smooth finish. I had no issues with food sticking during the three or four experiences I’ve had with this pan thus far. My weekly vegetable pot does not need any frying done but the onions and mushrooms are cooked in oil before adding other ingredients. The lid helped to steam them after the initial cooking and no liquid was lost in the process. Each group of vegetables had different cooking times and the pan worked great for all of them. The coconut milk and vegetable broth added to the veggies heated up quickly and the lid helped to keep the heat in to infuse the added herbs and spices into the liquid with no unwanted evaporation. The nob handle on the lid did get hotter than expected but that didn't bother me. The pan held as much as my other wok but will take up less room in the cabinet because the lid is low. There was some discoloration at the base of the pan which shouldn’t affect future use and doesn’t bother me. Overall, I am very pleased with the results and look forward to using it for a long time. Here are some pictures including a comparison to the old wok, the steam under the lid, a full pot and the discoloration after cleaning the pan.
