Fixed my problem!

Had a problem for months where my pinion gear was constantly falling off from the spur gear on my XMaxx, and I can finally say this is the first thing I’ve found to actually solve the problem. Would highly recommend…but beware it may take some modifying to fit on ur motor shaft

Good idea

Was a chance but paid off worked awesome for my XMaxx instead of the factory that keeps coming lose this has the half moon shape to fit on the shaft and not slip. Little mod on the shaft so the gear slide on far enough works awesome.

Won't fit stock granite motor plate

It won't clear the adjustment screws on a stock motor plate for a granite...I guess you bore out the plate but I wouldn't

All my rigs have these gears except castle has really good ones, and hotracing and, Roberson racing really good gears but unfortunately arrma is the only one w/safeD...

Works for xmaxx

With alittle mod it works on the xmaxx and others. Don't grind your motor shaft. Use a 4mm drill bit to open the d shape to slide onto the motor shaft. It still holds in place this way ,also you can use thus on other cars too if you mod the gear... mine works perfect and doesn't spin off if the grub comes loose
