Disappointing

Decals Missing

The product is good, however the decals are missing, so the final assembly looks unfinished. In addition, the windows are very flimsy.

Extra parts can be used to repurpose the kit

Kit received without damage. There are extra parts included in the box apparently for another model. I was able to use these parts to kit-bash the unused entrance wall to make a back entrance for a 1900 era schoolhouse.

Poorly made model

The front stairs do not fit the model of the walls of the stairs. The base of the main building does not fit the main building. The roof sloops. The drain pipes are short. And there is more.
