Easy to use, does the job

Clumsy fellow landed and twisted my ankle playing ice hockey. I felt a click. I felt pain. I didn’t want to spend hours in an emergency care room getting X-rays when I could tell it wasn’t broken. I ordered this and it was great. Well made, easy to put on, the air pump got things tight and easy to adjust by releasing the valve. Kept me mobile whereas otherwise I’d have been laid up. Extra padding is provided if needed. Great product, great price. Very satisfied.

Helps with healing

I have a chronic ankle issue where I have a strained ankle at least once every 3 months. This thing helps the cut the healing process in half. It's nice and snug, but comfortable. Only downside is that even though the instructions recommend at least 50 pumps, it's more like 70.

protects the ankle, but heavy

Got this for recovery after Grade 2 ankle sprain. This is not a bad product, seems to protect the ankle, and I could walk in it (after the 72 hours of RICE), but just be wary, it feels quite heavy. I had to call the ortho doc and tell them it was causing me heel, knee, and lower back pain after just 2 days. They let me switch straight to the ASO ankle brace with my shoe and start weight-bearing. Everyone's situation is different, but for me, this just wasn't the right product.

This boot was better than the one I purchased for my foot doctor

Needed this boot to replace one I had for over 1 year due to having a posterior tibial tendon tear. I fit nice and tight and is keeping my ankle stable so I can help it heal along with physical therapy and avoid surgery.
