Best suit for durability

I love this suit! The TYR durafast suit lasts longer than any other fabric or brand suits I have tried. I am a daily lap swimmer with over 1 hour in the pool each day. I have ordered several of these suits over the years and consistently get about 11 months of use from each suit. They hold their shape well and only get a bit saggy near the 10 month mark. I hope they don't change to style or fabric!

good for swim practice

I was not sure which size to buy (30 or 32) because reviewers had different experiences with sizing. I measured myself carefully to the TYR size chart. I bought size 30 (I wear XXS or XS in women's swim) and it was true to size for me, perfect in hip/waist/bust. The elastic around the neckline-underarm to back is on the tight side especially if you have large muscles in pecs/shoulder/upper back. But I would rather it be snug and then eventually stretch with use. Wore this to swim practice, happy with it. Bought this because this brand was recommended for durability by other swimmers.

Sizing runs small

The quality of the suit was great. I ordered my daughter the same size(34) as all her other suits. This one cut into her sides, under her arms, making it painful to wear. We’re getting the next size up. Fingers crossed it will fit better.

Competition suit, tight

Felt tight overall but didn’t feel like anything was falling out or showing. Just forgot what a competition suit feels like.

Am I just too big for these swimsuits?

If you are like me and have never worn a swimsuit like this, the fit will be unexpected. The suits are lovely but they are made to fit small in order to enhance performance in the water. Heads up! If you want something slightly more comfortable, order several sizes up!

Durable and looks great

I swim 3 times a week in a chlorine pool, and this suit holds up with no sagging for over 6 months now. I rinse it after each wear under the shower and hang dry and it is good to go. This is my 3rd TYR suit in 10 years, I swear by this brand

Size up

I normally wear size 32. This fabric doesn't stretch much, glad I got size 34, perfect fit & comfortable. My body shape inverted triangle.

Great training suit, paid more than suggested retail

The tags attached to the suit was less than what I paid. So I assume that I paid for shipping in that price even tho shipping should have been ZERO. Or "free.". Still a better price than buying from TYR. Nice fit, and beautiful blue. This will be my third TYR suit, they do last from harsh chlorine as promised. Wish it was a bit of better coverage in the bust area, but still WAY better than Speedos in that area. I won't look back. Great training suit. Bought up one size to fit my longer torso.

Great suit, but runs small

It's a great suit for lane swimming and competitive swimming. Bright colour, durable, great fit. Size up from your usual size because it does run a bit small, unless you like your suit to fit tight.

ITS A FAKE 100%. Do not buy

The logo does not match the photos or the same suit on the TYR brand website. The one I got has just stitched letters, rather than the rubber embossed logo and name that should be there. The packaging was not the same as any previous TYR suits (not from Amazon) that I have owned. Plus I ordered a size 36 and it's noticeably smaller than the size 34s I own. EDIT: I just order the same brand and style of suit, also in a 36, from a local business, and the one bought locally has the correct logo and is the correct size. Fits a full 2 size bigger than the Amazon one and is just a bit bigger than the TYR 34s I already owned from when I worked at/in a pool. Further proves Amazon is selling fakes.

Big disappointment

Human hair glued on the plastic hygenic sticker! Tags detached and product on the picture doesn't match the actual product received. Will return and will not order online again!
