Massive but worth it.

Great watch but not for those of us with small wrists. Including the extensions of the case for the straps it goes the full width of my wrist and if I'm not paying attention to where it is on my wrist it can cause some discomfort when I extend my wrist due to it pushing on my distal carpal bones. Not pain, but I can tell it's there. It is big, thick and heavy but it feels very well made and I expect it will last until the battery dies. I'll put it this way, I don't wear it very often because it's a bit cumbersome. But I knew when I bought it that it was going to be pretty big and with how flashy it is it probably wasn't going to be an everyday watch. That being said, it has a very striking appearance, have gotten several compliments on it especially when I told them how cheap it was. Date is easy to read, bezel stays put when needed and moves smoothly when you want it to. The chronograph does not measure fractions of a second but if I need more accuracy for some reason I have other watches available. Have taken it in the shower and a pool without any issues, don't plan on scuba diving but I would be surprised if it didn't hold up. Luminosity is also good. Truth be told I haven't checked it against the atomic clock recently but after three months it hadn't changed more than a few seconds. If you're looking for a beautiful watch that's not the most practical, this is your bet. Maybe you have massive wrists and can pull this off on a daily basis, but for most it's a little cumbersome and probably only one you'll trot out on special occasions or when you need the boost of having something this awesome looking on your wrist.

Wow! Beautiful divers watch!

Owned one like this previously but this one is much better. Great improvement in the watch band. More comfortable and flexible. Still get great compliments!

Invicta 17882 - So Far, So Good

This is my first Invicta. I previously purchased one for my wife. I ordered the blue dial 17882 model. When I took it out of the box it looked black. I advised the seller they sent the wrong item. I was wrong. The dial and face are dark blue that shows up in bright daylight. I like the dark blue rather than the lighter blue that the picture displays. So far, so good. It's large, but it feels like it is well built and solid. I will update this review if I change my assessment of this product. Ken Harris

Tasteful- -Comfortable- -Accurate

This is a very nice watch. The Blue is not as bright as the photo but this is not a bad thing to me. It goes nicely with the gold case/accents, which do not overwhelm the look. The poly strap is very comfortable and makes the watch lighter to wear than if it had a stainless bracelet, though I do own similar Invicta Pro Divers with a metal bracelet and they are comfortable as well- -just a bit heavier. As long as this is all about a timepiece, I suppose I should mention that his watch keeps good time. I have had it for almost two weeks and it has neither gained nor lost a second from my original setting. I would recommend this watch without hesitation.

a must buy watch.

first of all this was the first blind gamble of the watch ive made. i live in India , and i ordered this watch frm usa, just by looking. but this was worth every single penny, i was confused about the brand and is reliability, but i wear this from past an year adn it has not a single bug. secndly it looks so bold and manly that its hard for observer not to inquire about it. it is pretty heavy ,but i like to wear heavy watches , so its cool for me. the fit n finish is solid and would surely recommnd to go 4 it. its worth your personality.

Strap Broken

Arrived far quicker than expected which was great. Opened up and rubber strap was snapped in half so returned. Would give no stars if I could. Waiting for refund. Liked the watch but put off now and can’t be bothered. Was going to be my birthday present. Always next year!

Beautiful timepiece. Love it.

This is an update on this ridiculously poor quality time-piece. The original review is left intact below for absolute honesty. I have owned this watch for nearly a year and the other day the pin that holds the clasp to the strap just snapped in half. No big deal I think, Invicta is a quality company that likely stands behind their products. Well I am here to tell you that this is not the case. The response I received was less than helpful and I was basically told that the strap is not covered by warranty (WTF?) and that if I wanted it repaired, it would cost me more than the entire watch had originally cost me. OR, I could send them the watch and they would repair it for me for even more money. On top of this, the stopwatch function of this watch went out of alignment almost immediately and became progressively worse as I continued to wear the watch every day. At this point, the second-hand is around the "number nine" dot on the watch face. This is highlighted in the second image. That is the default starting point of the stopwatch. This company is not to be trusted and the poor quality of their components will only lead you to regret your decision to waste your money on one of their shoddy watches. They do not stand behind what they sell and I will NEVER pay money for one of their products again!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW (My mistake): This watch is simply a work of art. Beautiful design and smooth movement. The glass is highly durable. I work in a fairly physical environment and the glass has remained blemish-free thus far. However, the bezel has suffered a minor scratch. Price of doing business and fully expected. So long as the glass holds out, I will be happy. On the downside, the band is rather stiff and difficult to close. Also, the watch is extremely heavy, which I personally like, but many will not. Also, the traditional second-hand is actually a stopwatch. The actual second-had is the tiny dial on the right side of the face. Not a big deal, but I prefer the traditional second-hand. All in all a beautiful timepiece and definitely worth the investment.

O relógio é lindo,mais tenho dúvidas se é realmente original, primeiramente não vem com nota fiscal,manual e garantia,e a catraca dele não gira, não sei se desse modelo é fixa mais segundo oque eu vi do relógio a catraca é giratória!!
