If you’re the guy with gigantic feet who can’t find a gel insole big enough, this is the product for you. I wear a size 15 and had to cut at least 1/4 inch off the toe to fit it in my shoes. That being said, they come with guide lines for easy cutting if you do need to shorten it some.

Best buy every time

These insoles are very comfortable. Would I say the absolute best? Unfortunately, no. But comparatively from other spencos I've used in the past, these have stood the test of time (7 month period between purchases). On top of that, I still found these to be supportive in the way I needed, which was simply cushion support on concrete flooring. The wear points on the right pair show no sign of wearing thin between where my toe would be and the sole of the shoe. Still very plush and plenty of material left. Take the plunge and buy these, you won't regret it!

Provides slight comfort

Great Insoles!!

I went o the foot doctor and all he could say is " mYour feet are a mess." He recommended these Insoles a couple years ago and now I have a pair in all of my shoes! My feet are still messed up, but they don't ache the way they used to. I have them on a subscription with Amazon now!!!

Very little support

Overpriced for the amount of support the give. If you have high to medium arches DO NOT BUY THESE! Only buy if you really don’t need any arch support. I have other Spenco arch supports that are much better but cost a lot more.

Be advised

First, this is NON returnable. I wear a ladies 9, European 39. If you look at the sizing chart that is 2 DIFFERENT sizes bs being same size. I recommend using the European sizing to get the appropriate size. That was my experience

Wore our faster than expected. Lost the cushioned effect.

The cushioned effect wore out after several uses and have not reordered. Was recommended by my doctor, but did not relieve my arch and metatarsal issues.

Nice comfortable support for my walking sneakers.

Quickly received, and cut to size for my sneaker, which makes it extremely comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, I wanted to originally put these in my boots, but they're just a tad too wide/long to cut down, thus why they went into my sneakers. But I will purchase another set soon for my boots, possibly getting a smaller size.

Wrong size as too big

The retailer has exchanged them and gave me a refund but I’m sure if they fit someone they would be very comfortable - just not the size for me

Happy feet

I have size 15 shoe and am 7' 62 so a lot of weight on my feet. I also work long hours NHS so am on my feet all day. These gel supports have mad a lot of difference and would recommend them. The cheap this ones are no good.

Comfy feet

Got these for my wife and son because they do a lot of standing at work, my son tells me they are the difference between being able to walk home after a shift or not and my wife loves them to, her only complaint is they are so thick they make her feet hot, but she is looking forward to the winter

Sized to Fit, comfy, inexpensive. What more do you want?

It’s very hard for me to find inserts big enough for my shoes (I am size 15) so honestly that’s the first thing I look for. These are big — so big that I actually had to trim them a bit. I would guess they’d fit a 16-16.5 at a pinch. That being said, I am on my feet all day on hard floors and I have knee osteoarthritis and chronic compartment syndrome in one leg. These insoles seem to help at least a bit with both conditions — if they don’t heal, they at least don’t exacerbate the conditions. I also believe that the OEM insoles in most shoes die before the shoe in toto is worthless; for the price, these simply make good sense. I will buy more.
