Almost exact replacement for original bracket

The screw holes aligned exactly with holes on original bracket but the base was slightly smaller. The wall had been painted after the last bracket was installed, so having a smaller base left a small ring of unpainted wall around it. That's the only reason for the 4 stars, otherwise I would have rated it 5. It appears to be very sturdy.

Single point attaching makes for fewer holes

Used these to attach an exterior handrail. Worked great for attaching to masonry.

More of a brown enamel

I'm keeping these because -- for the price -- they match my other ORB finish things well enough. My stairs are on one side of the room and the other ORB finish hardware is 20 feet away. A word of warning though: these are really a brown enamel finish. They looked painted not like bare metal. I had hoped they would match my Stanley ORB hinges, which are beautiful, but they don't really. Now if I could only afford Von Morris handrail brackets I'd try those.

Great fit. Is one of three holding the second handrail to the wall. A minor part that will do its important work with no recognition. Sounds like me in the organization. : )

Good quality brackets at a very good price

I installed 14 of these on a two-flight staircase. They appeared identical to name-brand items available at HD but they were about 1/3 the price. Colour-matched fasteners were provided and they seemed to be of better than usual quality and I had no screws strip - a common problem with off-brand stuff. The single large fastener for the wall mount makes them especially easy to install. Recommended.

Good Quality

Replaced the existing rails with these ones. Easy direct replacement install from the existing ones. Its a bit less Rubbed Bronze then I would like but it looks nice. Overall, no complaints and happy with the quality and price.

Very pleased

They look great and much sturdier than the original ones. The wall screw fit well and secured it nicely. I had to substitute shorter screws to secure the railing.

Worked great. Dimensions were correct but I think I would go for one that was a little more substantial. More black than bronze
