Comfortable Security
Light weight. Comfortable. Side plastic stabilizers are a little flimsier than my husband would like, but any more rigid might be too rigid if he had them. Can fit inside of tennis shoes if you loosen the laces of course.

"One size fits most" means "Fits average men"
I can't believe that in this day and age, manufacturers are still touting things as "One size fits most" or "Unisex" when it is simply sized for average men. If you are a woman under about 5'10", this will most likely be way too tall. It is not supposed to go halfway up your calf. I used to have the same issue with wrist braces until I switched to ones designed for women's hands and arms. If you are tall enough (and don't have large calves), the product seemed of good quality. ACE is a well-known brand and generally makes good products.

Help with an ankle injury
I sprained my ankle and was still having pain from recovery. This helps to stabilize my ankle so that I can walk more comfortably.

Cheap and does the job
Sprained my ankle on saturday, ordered the brace on monday morning and it arrived on monday night. Before the brace, i wasnt able to put any of my weight on my foot (i had no crutches so i was just hopping around). With the brace, I was able to put some weight on it to waddle around. The brace itself is small so it doesnt seem like it would do much but because of how stiff the sides are and how strong the stretchy bands go around your ankle, it did the trick. Also, because of how soft the product was, I had no irritation on my skin from wearing it without any socks on.

Easy to put on. Doesn’t interfere with my shoe. Waiting for Dr. ordered ankle brace this helps ALOT for now.

I love that this ankle stabilizer has strong braces on both sides to prevent the ankle from bending sideways. In addition, the adjustable velcro top and bottom straps make this easy to put on and adjust. It will also fit on either ankle, which is perfect. While I have a large foot and ankle (for a woman), it fits me well. I'm not sure small, petite women would be able to wear this item. I think it would be too large for them.
