ok, but needs improvements
I had one similar to this from obrien for years. The outer cover started to finally rip. So i wanted something close to the old one cuz we liked it so much. I found this tube, close looking except colors or so I thought. It works but seems top heavy. We like the fun rides trying to knock someone off the tubes but this one has high center of gravity. Making it difficult to stay on with some of the easiest riding. Old obrien is so close to size and everything but this one is much more top heavy. Again it works but needs improved.

So fun
We had a great time with the tube. Will definitely be using more. It was a little more challenging with one person but that was Expected as it was a two person tube. We still made it work though!

Good tube
Great tube for the kids and for the grownups. The shape/design of it allows the rider(s) some control which makes it a much more fun ride. After using it for a full day the only complaint my passengers had was it felt like they had been spanked and have bruised backsides because of the sit down riding position. But all said the ride was great and a lot of fun.

The customer service at Airhead is arguably the worst I've come across in 50 years
The tube itself is decent. It's great if you have kids less than roughly 7 yrs old and 50 lb each. The tube will do you well. But as the kids get older, they put more stress on the tube, and it will inevitably fail. That part doesn't upset me so much. I don't expect these things to last forever. But when i buy a replacement tube directly from the manufacturer, I would expect, more than with any other vendor, to get EXACTLY what I need to enjoy the tube for another 2-3 years until it fails again due to my growing kids. Not the case with Airhead. They sent me the wrong tube that was too large to be used with the tube cover I had, even after confirming my order via email AND WITH PHOTOS INCLUDED. They asked to see photos of both my tube and the tube they sent, so I sent these to them. Crickets. After following up with them repeatedly, they said they would refund my money back but only if I paid the return shipping on the (wrong) item they sent me. So ... the tube was great for the little ones. Just set your expectations somewhere below zero if you need to deal with Alrhead directly.

Sturdy
Used it this summer and it seems well made and sturdy. Kids had a blast. Good for smaller kids that can sit inside the holes. A little smaller than ones we've had in the past, but I guess for the price that is to be expected. We can still get three small kids on it. Or even one big kid or adult and two small kids.

Excellent construction
Inflated this with the same pump for my boat. Construction appears to be top quality and well stitched. PVC is thick. Will see if it holds air overnight and update review. Size seems good for an adult. Small kids will sit in the hole like a boat. Will update the review after I try it out. *update* tested. Works great. Probably more drag than a flat tub since the person sits in the middle on the nylon fabric. Safe and comfy for kids. I think I'll get a flat inflatable which should have more action and be more challenging to stay on. This is a great beginner tube.

On time and as advertised....so far so good!
So far so good. Hard to rate this type of product so early but had it out yesterday and kids and wife loved it...didnt take on alot of water when stopping like our last one and its the perfect size for two kids or one adult and one kid....two adults might be pushing it but its rated for 340lbs so might be ok.

Item was as described and sealed properly within the box, but upon opening we found that the red seal/air plug had been eaten by a mouse?

GARBAGE....
2nd piece of crap. Again Had a leak somewhere and never used it. We blew it up and the next morning woke up to a deflated tube. No more replacements.. DO NOT BUY!
