So very comfortable!

These are the most comfortable boots I've ever put on my wide feet. My concern is that after wearing these shopping only once, the rubber heel is crumbling! The comfort of the boot itself may make it worth it to me to take it to a shoe repair shop and have them re-soled and heeled.

Quite Nice

After considering *many* black suede boots (and getting the top measurement from others who purchased-11"), I decided to go with this one. My foot is between medium-wide, and I usually go with 8M. I rarely notice arch support because of having a high arch and high instep. With a pair of medium weight socks, this boot is extremely comfortable. The arch support is functional for me, and there is no discomfort on the instep. The suede appears to be high quality and looks better than the online photo. The interior lining is like butter. More on wear below, but the boot provided good support and did not noticeably stretch out. Now, for the cons: After one wearing down a brick sidewalk, an asphalt street and a concrete sidewalk and back (maybe a total distance of 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile), the rubber under the stacked wood heel is showing much more wear than I would have expected - or approve. Time to get heel protectors, darn it all. I would have preferred a somewhat higher boot, but fashion dictates what is available.

Love these boots!

I have searched forever to find a comfortable boot. This is it! The arch felt a little strange for a day or two but never hurt. Now I don’t even notice it. I wear these almost every day. They are perfect for walking around the big city that I work in. Soles are not slippery, even in the rain. Love these boots!

runs narrow

I like the quality. Soft leather. Great appearance. Nice support. I have fairly narrow feet and I feel the toe box on this bootie is quite narrow. Since it's leather I stuffed the toe with tissue paper for a couple of days. It helped. I think if I had a high instep I would not be able to put on this bootie. I use a shoe horn when I can. I purchased 7.5 m which is my usual size.

Worst sizing I’ve experienced in a while

I’m a 7-7.5 usually. Originally got a size 7 and it was WAY too small. I ordered an 8 and it was STILL WAY TOO SMALL. Then I randomly tried a 7.5 wide, and it for perfectly. I’m so confused with this company’s sizing. At least the shoe is good quality. Still wish it had more padding. I stand all day and even though it has a good layer of foam, I still feel the hard heel after a while.

Runs Narrow & small

Ordered WW, usual size. Had to return as I could not even get my foot into it. Beautiful styling and material. Every expensive looking.

The most comfortables shoes or boots !!!!! Also, very stylish.

I have always had a very difficult time finding shoes that work for me. The Softwalk brand is the very best. I'm wearing stylish shoes and/or boots and I feel like I'm wearing tennis shoes.

Beautiful shoes, but did not work for me.

The shoes are beautiful and appear to be well made, but I struggle with plantar fasciitis and some shoes just aggravate and cause a flare. I could tell that these shies were not going to work, and sadly had to send them back.
