Fits Singer 15-91, Increase pressure
Fits my antique 1950s 15-91 Singer with slight adjustments to dial it in. I’m using it to make cording for slip covers and the most important adjustment is to increase your presser foot pressure. Unfortunately, inexpensive modern Singers have “auto pressure” so you can’t adjust it to accommodate this foot.

Great, except....
I have a Singer Quantum Sylist 9960, and this foot is what I was looking for - something that allows me to get really close for zipper application and is especially good for sewing on cording. The foot installs easily once you remove your low-shank snap-on adaptor foot (for regular snap-on presser feet). The zipper foot screws into the same place. The only thing is, the foot itself seems not to point straight ahead, but off to the right just a little. The sliding bar in the back makes the foot adjust to right or left of needle, just tighten the spring/screw once you have it in the position you like. I tried taking it on and off and made sure the screw was holding the foot on tightly, same with the adjuster bar, but it still looks a little off. It doesn't affect the function of the foot, i.e., needle doesn't strike the foot, it's just bothersome that I cannot get it to sit straight.

Works for Me!
Same zipper foot type that I lost long ago. My Singer is a portable that I bought from HSN about 16 years ago with just the classic straight and zig zag stitches, a real simple machine. So, I set my zig zag stitch to the left and placed the zipper foot over the feed mechanism and tightened it up. Great! Sometimes to adjust the foot I use a small wrench because the spring in it really tightens it up. I can move my stitch right or left & with the screw adjustment on the foot get a perfect placement. Now, lets see if I can hang on to this one!

The Best Zipper Foot You Can Use
This little foot looks like just an every day foot, but because it can be adjusted from side to side, this allows you to position the foot directly over the feed dog grid and therefore means that your fabric will feed correctly. Additionally, you can adjust the foot position so that you don't have to move your needle position, which means if you want an exact 3/8", 1/2" or 5/8" seam allowance on your zipper. It's a much better and easier way to insert a zipper. I also use it for invisible zippers when sewing up the bottom of the zipper after sewing in the sides, which is the hardest part of the invisible zipper to sew! You will need either the slant style or straight style and a compatible shank for your machine. Contact your machine manufacturer for correct shank and zipper style to match your machine.

Zipper presser foot
It took me a little bit to figure out how to hook it up to my machine but once I got it on and then gave it a try, I am in love with this presser foot!!!

Don't even try to sew a zipper without this foot!
I'm an amateur seamstress and have made several sleep sacks for my little one. The zipper has been my least favourite part of the project - always so hard to install! Not anymore!!! I heard of the zipper foot and thought I must give it a try - nothing to lose! Oh, my goodness. This foot makes sewing zippers a breeze. It's so convenient that it is adjustable. I don't know how I sewed zippers before this (okay, I do know, and they were a pain in the neck and looked absolutely terrible!). This foot was well worth the extremely reasonable price.

Really sturdy zipper foot
I bought this as I thought that it is a universal fit but it isn't so had to send it back. It looked very sturdy and would have kept it if it had fitted my machine.

Junk
Must be counterfeit, bent as others describe, foot doesn’t pivot up and down much, I took the spring off because it was way too tight with it on. Guess you get what you pay for. Might be sending it back, total junk!
