Great Lightweight Suitcase

We already have a similar Samsonite suitcase the same size as this and we love it. We need a second for a Europe trip so we ordered this one. It is not as thick of plastic as our old suitcase but we do love the interior pockets. The wheels are also not as big and durable as our old one, but this does have the dual wheel which makes it more maneuverable and stable compared to the little suitcase wheels some have. Travelled well and for the price point is a decent suitcase.

Nice

We needed a nice large suitcase for our family. This one has held up nicely. There are some scratches but that’s to be expected with travel. Overall great bag.

Lightweight

Loved this luggage. It's lightweight and durable. The TSA lock worked like a charm. I also really loved the easy rolling. I was able to travel along cobblestone streets pretty easily. I also liked the color, which stands out on an airport baggage carousel. I would definitely recommend this luggage.

Confusing

I need directions on how to set the lock; so I can get it to work. It may be broken, or am I doing something wrong? It came with no instructions. The warranty registration process requires much computer navigation. It did not come with a packing slip that lists the product number. The bag itself is lovely. I have only used one of the three on a short road trip. Therefore I rated this as a three.

Beautiful and durable luggage set

This is the perfect set for our upcoming family vacation. The wheels are easy to maneuver and the locks were easy to set. There is no lock on the carryon, which is not a problem, because it does have a charging port. There is a little bag on the inside to place your battery, this is perfect for our portable charger. Cant wait to give this a try!

Crack easily

Did not use for travel once and stored properly, recently I tried to loaded it with some clothes for travel and it cracked after I grab the handle, IT IS VERY FRAGILE AND NOT RELIABLE FOR TRAVELLING!!!!

Good product, but misleading description

Happy with the case itself. Organizing pockets are okay. The handle is a bit sticky sliding up and down but this may improve with use. My issue is the charging system. It does not include a battery / power bank. This should be mentioned, as it makes it seem like it has everything you need to charge your phone with the luggage but it requires you buy a power bank. I have contacted the manufacturer as Amazon directed and over a week with no response. Disappointed in the misleading description and lack of customer service.

La valise 20 pouces mesure en réalité 22pouces!!!!! Extemement décevant et frustant. On doit la retourner parce que Air transat ne l'acceptera pas comme bagage de cabine!

I bought this suitcases set for my daughter who was studying in Vancouver and she needed bigger suitcase for coming back home. She is very happy with it. She can charge her phone (or other) while traveling. She has already crossed half of the world with it and the suitcases are still as new. The quality is very good. I truly recommended this article.
