weak wood/hinges can get bent in shipping

I've returned this item twice so far because both times the item sent had damages. The first one I got had a giant knot with a crack in the wood on the piece on top of the jig. As soon as you start using it the wood will split on you. Also the wood is an apparently weak wood that is poorly machined with wood tailings left on it. The second time I am returning this item, I find it came to me with another large crack in the wood on the top of the jig, a bent hinge which I half baked straightened while I was inspecting it, and again it was poorly machined with wood tailings left on. Unfortunately I have to have this product for the work I do for my business otherwise I might not buy it again. Prime-line's item appears to be the only option for this so far. It is clear to me at least that they could stand to devote some attention to improving the quality of the product they are producing. I've included photos of the crack and tailings and the hinge, the hing was worse when I first got it and this crack runs almost all the way across despite it's small size. It's hard to notice at first except that the wood is flopping back and forth some by where it is still hanging on at.
